This was by far the poorest experience I have had with anybody. The people were fine, but it seemed the tools they had to work with were not. A simple request for a phone number to a branch could not be made. I'm sure that is your policy, but it is a poor one. I have more to say, but I have wasted enough time with your customer service, rather non-service. I will now be required to travel to the branch for a simple request.
