Morehead City NC worst ever

Another fight breaks out between workers at this location. Managers suck, lazy and everyone curses soooo... Much I mean come on, this is supposed to be a public restaurant!!! This place seriously needs a secret diner from Corporate to see how its so unproffesionally ran, only a few hard workers there!!!

Poor experience

Went to Brockton location for my son's birthday. Terrible! Half the food wasn't brought to table till we were done. Birthday boy's food never came, told a male manager about it and he said that was the birthday surprise, NO FOOD! I think he was trying to be funny. He then went off on our waitress right next to our table, yelling at her. Very uncomfortable. Waited half hour for check! Awful time!

Poor Service!

We love to go to Buffalo Wild Wings with our kids. However, over and over we receive horrible service. The worst problem is when we either go to the bar area or after we are seated, we either have to wait until someone can finally clean our table or wait forever to get a wait staff to greet us.

Springhurst, Ky is our usual location. Maybe we will try the next nearest to see if we can get decent service elsewhere.

terrible service

My boys called to meet them at buffalo's. So I meet them there about 3:45. I requested a server that was working. She was wonderful in this situation and did nothing wrong. We ordered by 4:00, there was 5 of us. It was on a Sunday afternoon and there were only about 10 - 12 tables occupied when we were there. It was 4:30 before we receied our meals. I got the tripple nachos. I can not eat blue cheese and asked for it without. it came with blue cheese. The server had it redone. My family finished eating about 4:45 and I still did not receive my nachos. I asked for it to go and paid the bill, the server did discount my nachos. At 5:00 I finally recieved my nachos and I left. I was hungry so when I got in my car I took a bit and it was ice COLD. I should have brought it back but I was to upset. I know I am an employee but how do you expect me to support a company that does not care about the service their emloyees receive when they are not working? Also 3 tables around me saw the bad servce and knew I was an employee because a lot of serveres stopped by to say hi and meet my family. when I left one of the managers was standing in the dinning room. When they saw me leaving they left the dinning room. I felt like they did not care and I was an emoloyee how do you think I would have felt if I was a guest who was not an employee? When I am not working I do not see the difference.

several issues

Carbondale, Il. Tue, 1-29-13 apprx. 7:00pm we brought a High school team(14 in group) to eat after competion, waited to be seated.got drinks and ordered. I the driver asked if the driver ate for free. was informed that the manager said no. On a prior visit I was given a free meal. Themanger said this was a special offer. Our meals took about an hour to be served, while other groups around us were+eating and leaving even though they arrived after us. Waitress were doing the best they could. How ever the manger stood and watched us for a long while before coming to see how we were doing. By that time not well. Your food has always be good and I used to enjoy eat at your place. After the meal I was given my bill which I paid with my credit card. When it was returned I was amazed to see they had taken out a grautity for my meal. On single purchases I have always had the option of the tip amount. So since the driver is not allowed a free meal, this information will be posted in our break room. We will most likey not consider Buffalo Wild Wings a place for our after competition meals.
