Purchase Laptop at a Phoenix,Az.location on 8/12/13 and to this day I have not received my laptop or refund! I have called the customer service department dating back to 9/1/13 Each time someone tells me this issue will be resolved but customer service agents do not follow up on their promises to resolve. Five months have passed and this issue still has not been resolved. I would STRONGLY recommend no one shop at Office Maxl and let the our free market system run them out of business for their POOR customer service!!!
