Workers there can barely speak English and they are incredibly slow. I've been to lots of Sonic locations and most of them are fantastic. This one is not. They also don't seem to know the difference between "Mayonnaise" and "Mustard" or the difference between "Just the burger" and "cherry shake." :/

Ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese $2.29 I received Food that was subpar at best a Breakfast Burrito that shouldn't be served to animals let alone humans. Customer Service was horrible. Sausage was old and hard eggs where brown and over done. I had more dough 3 layers of burrito shell and old pieces of sausage and eggs. No more 138 Conyers,GA sonic for me.
There were no open parking spaces, so I got in the drive-through. It took 30 minutes to get a drink. Yes, I know I should have left, but with each additional minute, I kept thinking things would speed up. Plus, I was really craving a Sonic drink. Also, I hated the time I wasted to be for naught. Anyway, I love Sonic, but I will never go to this one again.
This sonic is horrible it's very nasty it has spiders everywhere outside u can't even open ur door without one getting on u and u can sit at the tables without one crawling on you
The popcorn chicken is worse since there has been a new ownership. That's why it was shut down a little while ago. I found a bone in the popcorn chicken.
Arrived at 9:15pm, ordered a medium combo #2 with tots. Was told there was no such thing on the menu. Read the item directly as written on the menu board, was ased if I wanted the burger cooked medium and what did I want to order. Tried to order one more time and was told that a #2 was a double cheeseburger, fries and drink even though menu clearly says fries OR tots. I gave up and told them "good-bye" and left. I heard them laughing as I was rolling up my window. Will never return to this Sonic again.
Food is good and service is quick
The service is a little slow, but the carhops are always nice and very considerate to my needs. Going during their Happy Hour could mean a wait because they are usually busy, but at least I get what I ordered and a smile with it!
This location has to be the worst Sonic that I've ever experienced. I have to check my order every time I visit this location because 3 out of 4 times it is wrong. Last night I ordered two hotdogs plain with ketchup on the side and my order came out with chili, onions, and mustard on both. The time before I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it came out breaded. One other frustration is that this location never uses cherries in their drinks which really upsets my kids because to them a cherry drink should contain them.
The food was horrible and the people were awkward. We asked for shakes and the told us the machine was out. Then someone pulls up and orders like 4-5 shakes so we call them back. They again told us no it was out. I ordered chicken strips and a large cherry limade with extra cherries. Didn't even get one cherry. The people were rude and they were all about tips.... I don't believe we will eat at this fast food restaurant again. It was nasty and very awkward.
This Sonic has the worst customer service skills of any I've been to. The food was lukewarm and the trained dancing monkeys that served me proved they are better utilized in the circus. My order which consisted of a large chili hotdog meal didn't include a fork and knife (I guess monkeys eat with their fingers, but the rest of society doesn't) nor napkins (even when you eat with your fingers you need something to clean them off with afterwards, right?). When I called them to register my complaint, the manager was just as clueless. Avoid these morons!
Drove up ordered Chili Cheese Dog and Route 44 Coke.. three times the idiot mumbled back to me and I had to REPEAT that simple order. Finally I said "It's NOT rocket science just get me the food !" I get to the drive up window and the guy is "Hey you didn't place an order." and I lost it. "I said HELL yes I did THREE times back there !" Finally the jerk says "Okay so what do you want." I FINALLY got my order and the idiot was STILL mumbling. Hire someone who knows how to talk clearly and believes in customer service ! and Hell NO he didn't get a flipping tip
We had horrible service here, the rudest people waited on us and were all smart elics. It's the first time they've done this so I'm guessing that they have new people and they should be fired all ready! It was ridiculous!!
I have made several trips to the location on Hwy 105 West in Montgomery Texas and they have yet to have the pretzel buns. Im not sure what the issue is but they are losing my business quickly. Every visit I have made with several people for the same reasons, Pretzel Dogs. You guys dont even give a reason why you dont have them.

The service at this Sonic was horrible! I ordered a mini chocolate milkshake and I asked for extra whipped cream. The manager (a middle aged white female) told me that "that was all the extra I was going to get" I told her that I asked for extra whipped cream before and no one ever said that to me! She said "Sorry whatever", and this was the manager! I will never set foot over to that sonic ever again! The employee (a black female with natural hair) that was working that day was nicer than she was! They just lost a customer.
Tried to order at two different stalls and the drive thru with no success. Finally an employee came over and took my order. Slow slow slow. Sad this place gas gone down hill

I recently visited this sonic, and i was very dissapointed. Yes, we had a big drink order, but i am a manager at Sonic, and over 5 minute drink order is ridiculous, and the sweet tea was not good, you can taste the difference when you dont clean your tea urns. It wasnt very good, our carhop was friendly but when i asked for my receipt she gave me the scan ticket not the orginal, i had to google this sonic. I am very dissapointed.
We drove through the Falcon, Co Sonic on July 5th, 2013 at approximately 3:30 PM. We ordered two shakes off the drive thru menu, one large and one medium which were listed for $3.19 and $2.49. We were quoted $7.98 for our order, which should of been $5.68 plus tax if applicable. We brought it to the cashier's attention that it was incorrect but she stood on her price. We refused the order and would not go back through the drive thru option in the future. Rating from us is 'F' as in failure.

They have such rude car hops and other staff workers that the only thing that will make me HAPPY is to see that store shut DOWN and they also have RATS!! & ROACHES and i know this from the insiders personally they rush and Clean when they know its time for there store to b reviewed so SAD

I got milk shakes here also and they runny and the cherry is always at the bottom, with very little whipped cream. I also ordered breakfast there ONCE, I say that because I will never order it again, the eggs were badly made not scrambled. They do not know how to make breakfast or even do it without messing it up. So if you want poor quality and bad food then u won't forget it. I can't believe they are still open for business for this long now. I prefer the sonic in Danville, KY, if eat from sonic.
This place sucked. I was driving by on a Friday night and the place looked packed. This, to me, implied great service and great food. Boy was I wrong. I pulled in and placed my order rather than taking the drive-thru--I had time to spare and wanted to sit and enjoy my meal. I hit the red button and expected to be quickly greeted but instead i had to wait for at least 3 minutes. I placed my order: a burger a shake and some mozzarella sticks, pretty simple if you ask me. It took like 15 minutes for me to receive my meal!!!! I wanted to drive off but since I paid with my card I had to stay. I was so pissed. I realized finally why it took so long. There was one girl running orders, and the lot was packed. When she got to the car she was sweet but the poor thing looked worked. Over worked and frantic!! She hardly had time to take my tip (which i was hesitant to give) before she had to run back inside the place and run out again. I tried calling the store to complain but no answer. And I never got a receipt to go with my order. I will never return. They need help and bad.
Both orders messed up, wanted apples & choc. milk f/kid meal,sent back for correction. Still no milk, brought soda, accepted it anyway. Got back with food, still wrong, no apples, fries instead. On toaster ordered, no onion ring on top or hickory sauce. First visit to this Sonic, probably the last
Awful Customer Service! First experience: ordered a breakfast burrito, and received a long strand of hair to complement its contents. Second (and last) experience waited 45 minutes for delivery of my order.
I am a weekly customer of the 10th st Sonic. I am concerned about the LACK of outside maintance and lack of care on the landscape. If the mgnt does not keep up the apperances of the outside then how dirty and unmaintanced is the inside?
I went to the Sonic 2009 S Main St Keller, TX, 76248 And ask for a bacon cheeseburger. I arrived home and opened the bag and the order was wrong. I Would not recommend to pay cash at this location Because when I went back They acted like I wasn't even there. There was no receipt given to me to prove this. The manager did not even offer to remake my order or a refund.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and one snack item and when it finally came out it was wrong... twice!!! Sat for another 10 minutes with two drinks, no straws and no snack item... snack item comes out but no straws... then guy tries to walk off with our change... NEVER EVER GO HERE. DUMB ASSESS!
I have been to this sonic many times and there is always something wrong. Twice I went there and ordered a banana split but they had run out of bananas. Another time they were out of Dr Pepper. Now tonight I ordered a sundae and could only pay cash because credit card machine was down and they brought out forks because they were "OUT" of spoons...Really please get it together.
I rather go to the sonic down the one next to the Base even when its far from where I live . reason is , the worker are slow and loud , and a few times I went there I notice one male worker spit on a cup all the time , I even over heard another customer complain the same thing , I will never go to this sonic ever again!!!.l
This was awesome got a carhop by the name frank. Great smile and very well mannered. Well be coming back, wish every place would service you with a smile. Great job Frank.
Horrible service. Went thru the drive thru first waited a few minutes and no one asked for ,y order so I pulled into a parking spot and pushed the button and waited and waited and waited finally some guy asks for our order not polite at all, No " thank you for choosing sonic" did not repeat the order, mumbled something and the price is about all I caught. The car hops moved at lightening speed, um not, talk about slow! SO when the care hop arrives she introduces herself, I don't care who you are after waiting more than 8 minutes for 3 drinks. I wanted to leave but I had paid for them. Worst service ever.
We were there June 16th at 2:30. We ordered 4 drinks and it took 20 min to get our order. I saw the boys making the drinks goofing off and throwing cups at each other. There were several cars but no food or drinks were coming out. Everyone had to wait the same amount of time for their order. We were very upset and disappointed.
Carhops there are really nice, they had my food out before i could count my money! And bonus for the skaters.

Everything I ordered was wrong. When I came back the manager had to go hug on her crack head looking boyfriend before dealing with customers. Then preceded to argue and be rude then had us wait forever to get everything re made. Horrible service with rude people. I won't be back and after this quite a few people are no longer customers either.
Ask for easy ice.... I get a full cup of ICE! Gurrrr. Ask for chicken dinner with onion rings, I get ,fries and 1 very sad onion ring! I'm just not going back!

I bought a sausage and egg burrito today at the Memorial location in Tulsa and it had 1 little thing of sausage. Unfortunately I didnt figure that out until I got back to work. I ended up taking it back to get another one and this is what I got. There was sausage in my first bite and then NOTHING! I will never eat here again. You would think they could get it right the second time:( Now I have no lunch....
Why would Mcds have mint choc. Shakes but Sonic doesnt? I would much rather pay Sonic than Mcds so my suggestion add Mint shakes
At 2:0 clock Monday June the 4th I has order a slush the flavor I requested was peach and red-berry, the flavor was so sweet, it test like I was drinking surger water with no flavor. Your Company need to do better .
Arrived 20 minutes to closing time and was informed that the ice cream machine was already being cleaned so no milk shakes and that was the whole reason we went there. Terrible. I will never be back!!!!!!

My carhop Zoe was the friendliest young lady. Anything that I needed and requested she made sure that it had happend... With or with out tip. She was fast paced and had a great attitude towards life!
My family and I have given this Sonic location a lot of business over the last 10 yrs. However, the last few months the service has been horrible. Extremely long waits because there are not an adequate amount of employees as well as messed up orders. My son went tonight and order a shake. After sitting and waiting for almost 30 minutes he finally pushed the button and asked if maybe they had forgotten about his shake. The lady answered very rudely and then proceeded to inform him that their ice cream machine was broken. Had he not asked after me probing him to do so he would still be sitting there. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location even though its very close to my house. Going forward we will be going to the other location in burleson.
I love Sonic..they have great food and wonderful drinks..I go to Sonic as often as I can. Summer or winter.

I go to this Sonic at least twice daily. There are times when I've had to wait during happy hour but other than that I find the service is always friendly and speedy. They have the best Dr Pepper of any sonic from here to Florida to Utah. Always miss my daily DP when we are on vacation.
Three times we have been to this location and three times we have left without any service. I understand Sonic is super busy with this summer of shakes thing going on, but when there is only one carhop on a Sunday evening? And she even took her time walking to each car. Seriously? Ten minutes went by and we still hadn't been asked for our order after pushing the button twice! Horrible service. Save your time and patience! Take your business across the street to Braums or to the sonic in Van Buren. We did.
They were so lazy and and they took an hour to get the food and I Pressed the button again and they came but they came with the wrong order that is the last time I go here service two thumbs down
I have just moved to wiggins and live like 5 minutes from this sonic. I have been their twice already since i have been here and BOTH times they have messed up my orders. Half of the ordering menus didnt workand they were slow.
I went to the Sonic last night and placed my order first they got the order wrong asked me two to three times to repeat it. I ordered a strawberry shake and when I got home I had a banana shake . I am going to call the manager or cooperate. I guess when you let children run a place of business it is what it is.
I pulled in to a stall about 10 minutes before close to get a slushy. All the stall light and menus were lighted. I hit the button and waited and waited. I hit it a second time. And waited and waited. I hit it the third time and 30 seconds later they turned out the lights. Any other place would have at least buzzed out and lied to me to tell me they were already closed but not these guys. Thanks a heap you rude dogs.
I went tonight to get me a Chocolate Cream Pie shake and it was a coconut cream pie, So I went to exchange it because I cant stand the taste od coconut and they told me that the Chocolate Cream Pie has coconut in it....that's the first time I have heard this. I go home and look at Sonics page and I look up The Chocolate Cream Pie Shake and it does not say anywhere that there is coconut. All it says is it chocolate whipped together with crust crumbs with whipped cream and a cherry!
I LOVE sonic. Great food and prices but today I had an expirence that opened up how they treat guest that have a problem! I went to sonic today ordered a cheese burger combo for my mom and and breakfast burrito combo for me. Paid, left a tip for the carhop lady and left. Got home and I ended up getting a cheese burger and toaster. So I went back told them my situation and they took 20 min to come out with my actual breakfast burrito, didn't say sorry or anything. Just handed it to me and walked off and the lady rolled her eyes like i did something wrong? well i got Got home again and my moms cheeseburger was cold and then take I bite of my burrito and it was full of CHEESE, nothing else but cheese! Order wrong again. Waste of time and money. Never going back to the sonic on alsbury again.
Been in 3 x in one week for green tea. 2 x in one day sorry we don't have none made. 3 time after I pay they told me we are waiting on Ur tea . I waited over 15 mins for corndog and small fry that was cold. Why don't that have stuff ready for u.
I just came up their and ordered two large strawberry lime adis, a large coke, and a route 44 dr. pepper... The dr. pepper tasted horrible... it was so sweet my husband could not drink it..
I just got home with a take out order that is not at all what I ordered. I tried to call the store and apparently the number they have listed is a fax number. I have never had such lousy luck with a fastfood store before and this will definetly be my last trip to that Sonic. I only wish I had not given the carhop a $1 tip however I suppose he can't help what the idiots put in the bag.

Today we orders 2 Long oney dog value meals. Asked for Chili Cheese dog with onions. Instead of this we recieved 2 Long coney dogs with mustard and chili only... I do not eat mustard, so this was a waste of my money. The hot dogs were very cold also.

I have to say this sonic is the worst one I've ever been to. I ordered 3 shakes, 2 orders of cheese sticks and a bacon, egg and cheese toaster. Got all three shakes wrong, cups were covered in ice cream, one order of cheese sticks didn't even get put in the bag and the eggs on the sandwich were so burnt it was not edible. It took 30 min for that mess to even get to us! I will never go back. If you're in Houma and you want sonic do yourself a favor and either drive to the other side of town or to Thibodaux.
Why is it that this is the third time I get a Cherry Limeade but there aren't any cherries in it?... . So really what is a cherry Limeade without cherries???
I eat here at least 3 days a week on my way to the dog park. I either order chicken or cheese sticks. With chicken you would think to bring my BBQ sauce!!! With cheese sticks you would think to bring my ranch!!!! Today I've had the last straw! You forgot my ranch again so you lost my business and I wasted $5 on cheese sticks that got fed to my dog because you can't do your job!
I just waited 15 minutes there and still no service you workers need to step your service game up shouldn't never have nobody waiting that long and still didn't get no service and just because it's a star on my rating is not how I felt only choice

Food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, not kept under a heat lamp! I will take Sonic food over any other "fast food" type of restaurants in Greenville or any other towns. Their food is great!
Although the quality of the food at the sonic is fair don't go there if you're in a hurry it is not fast food I waited in line 15 minutes just to get to the microphone and then another 15 just to get a drink.
This sonic is very slow and the food is sloppy. They rarely get your order right on the first time. I only return because of the location.
I had the best time for my first visit at sonic around 2am It was a guy by the name of derrick he was very nice and helpful I order a cherry slush and a foot long the slush was excellent and the foot long was hot great customer service
Pulled up to sonic like we always do on our way to work to get a drink.. all lights were on, seviral cars in the lot and employees inside eating, drinking but we were told sorry we're closed.would have liked to gave given no stars
Ordered two large 5$+ milkshakes no whip cream from Sonic in Mc Ewen , and received two large half milkshake half whipped cream . Didn't realize they were basically flavored whip cream until we were already on the road. I guess that's what happens when you hire kids unsupervised
I work 3rd shift and there is not a lot to chose from at 3am. I just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and watched at least 2 cars pull off before they even recieved their food. The young man was not even close to in a hurry and mainly just stood around not doing much. This is by far the worst service I have ever had there.Very disappointing.

Would feel silly giving a fast food join 5 stars, so it gets 4. About as good as you can expect fast food to be. Friendly fast service and food isn't drowned in "secret sauce". Some days its a bit fresher than others, but otherwise pretty consistent.

We had a issue with our food a week ago and I want to say that it was taken care of by the Manager Amy to our satisfaction this week. The food was much better and we enjoyed. Thanks Amy for correcting the problem hope it continues.

I love Sonic but how does this place stay open? Worst hamburger ever! No ketchup with fries. No onions even though I asked for them. Cardboard meat patty. Terrible experience. I won't go back.
I think the title says it all. I went to sonic and the manager there was rude, unproffesional, and in no uniform.
Young lady could not count change back, she smelled of smoke. The food was great.
I am a frequent Sonic customer and have never had bad service or food/drink until today. I waited 20 minutes for a corndog and cherry sprite. After 20 minutes I pushed the button and asked about my order. I received excuse after excuse. When my food/drink was delivered I again received more excuses. The corndog was cold and the cherry sprite was really cherry carbonated water--no sprite syrup at all. I called the restaurant and again received more excuses (the person that took your order rang it on the wrong stall, we got busy, we were slammed when you got here) Not once did any employee apologize or take ownership for the bad service. I will continue to go to Sonic but I wont do it at this location. My complaint is in hopes that this problem is resolved so no one else receives this type of service and gives Sonic a bad reputation.

Cheese sticks no marinara I always ask for extra and always get none I dont like my cheese sticks without marinara, I also bought the new spicy popcorn shrimp it taste good but would have loved to dip it with the sauces that it says it comes with..staff was kind but service too slow specially for drive thru lady behind me pulled off got tired of waiting.

Stopped in this sonic for a fast food dinner and was blown away by the excellent service and fresh food.The manager even came out to help . Everyone was polite and courteous. In a time when everything is about the same you'd think others would take a page from these young peoples book..... I wish them all the best.
They always leave at least one item out of our order and they always open late; sometimes not until after 9am.
The skating carhop here is always rude and don't think they drug test cause everybody looks high as a kite all the time.
Went to this Sonic while visiting family. Portions on ice creams less than what we are used to at our own local Sonic. Asked for tea w/ light ice and got a little tea w/ a lot of ice. Not happy w/ this visit.
Visited this location today and was very disappointed after I sat in line placed an order a car pulled up and order at the window and was served before I was. I went to the door and even told the staff but they laugh and still served the other person.... Companies need a customer service class.
Took 45 minutes to get our meal. Everything (!) came out wrong- food, cost, service. Tried to overcharge me, short-changed us on food. AND it took 45 min to straighten it out. Ugh!!!
I have not had any success with my food being fresh when ever I go you can ask them to fry your food fresh and its as if you are talking a language thats not been spoken before. So not satisfied out of 5 visits theres only one where they made my food right and thats because I had to take it back . Then you call to tell them that your food isnt correct and they argue with you.
