Ive been sitting in front of drive thru speaker for 25 minutes saying hello and whomever is on cashier doesnt seem to care that there is four cars behind me and one person at her window. I will never come here again. Very bad service.
I don't understand what was wrong with sonic tonight. I got the wrong and cold food as well. I have received good service from a red haired chick and a nice young lady with blonde hair I believe. A young man on skates slammed doors open scaring my kids as well as my self
I tried to call 4 times to place a to go order, before I came in and no one would answer the phone.
Went to this location, which is usually average, and they had closed more than three hours early. I guess they just really don't want your money.
I went for a route 44 sweet tea pulled up to drive they tell me they r closed only the drive through is open then I go there and they tell me after I pay that they don't have tea made. That I have pull out front and they will bring it out. It wasn't even 9
Can the guy taking my order this morning be more disinterested in anything other than himself and taking an order????? I know it's fast food, but if life is that difficult, move on.
Ask for the Cheese Sauce on my tots not their standard Slice of American,Was not what i got response to compliant was, basically deal with it, this is the way we do it f* off. Very dissapointed.

I ordered the chicken strip dinner the outside of the chicken was warm but inside the chicken was not cooked all the way. They were very slow you would think they had time to cook the chicken. My onion ring was dried out as if it had sat there all day. Hated my experience at this sonic.
I came through the drive through only to lose my appetite when I heard a old lady with grey hair screaming outrageously at the top of her lungs. This lady seemed out of control and should never have been put in charge of anyone. She obviously can't conduct herself in a professional manner in front of a public audience so I'd recommend to this lady that she retire. Absolutely the worst fast food experience ever.
Oct. 11, 2014 I ordered a Jr. Burrito because I didn't have much cash. I asked for bacon INSTEAD of sausage and they charged me an additional 60 cents. Why not inform the customer if this ridiculous charge and ask if I still want the item or change my order. It seems to me disrespect and lack of appreciation for customers to almost double the price for a BITE of bacon. My Sonic doesn't charge extra for the same substitution.
Went to this sonic and my whole order was just messed up ordered the number four it was to much bbq sauce the first and second time they made it my cheese bites were not in the bag so i had to walk back anfand get them chili cheese tots were hard my cheese cake bites like burned if i felt like walking back over a third time i would take the whole order back to them they need a new night crew in the kitchen day crew food be so fresh and good
this sonic is overcharging customers...I ordered a meal $6.69 and with tax it came to $7.89...I questioned the girl at the window she said that was the tax added to the meal...when I got home I calculated the tax with my calculator and it came out to 18 percent tax, clearly they are overcharging customers

I went and got 4 jr breakfast burritos and 2 coffees this Saturday 9-13-14 morning. My breakfast burritos hardly had any eggs cheese and sausage in them and tasted like they were burned. I asked for salsa and wasnt given any. My kids and i couldnt eat them because they were completely disgusting. Also, the blonde headed girl at drive-thru was completely rude when i handed her my money. It took over 10 minutes to get my small order or else i would have tipped as i usually do. So, the Greenland Sonic is RUDE and DISGUSTING. I urge any and everyone to go elsewhere for their food. Or else be extremely disappointed and mistreated as a customer.
I ordered a 1/2 price shake after 8pm and a free Route 44. They charged me $2.21 and the route 44 slush was water so I sent it back and got a cherry lime aid. The cup was full of ice and nothing to drink. Since I didn't get the slush I was due a refund. He wanted to charge my card again $1.71 and give me a credit for the $2.21. So I would end up paying $3.92 and waiting 3 days for a credit for the $2.21. I told him to just give me the difference in cash he said no since I paid with debit. After I kept complaining he finally gave me to the cash back this is before I saw that they gave me a 44 ounce cup of ice.
The management here is so rude and the inside of the store is completely disgusting as well as the outside. I went in to complain about a messed up burger that I had received and saw the ice cream station was covered in ice cream of all different sorts. So next time you want a blast just beware you could get some strawberry with your oreo blast. I definitely would never come back to this sonic.
I was at this location at 9:20 pm on Aug 15th. Went to 2 different drive in stalls and still didn't get any service. I (was) going there about 3-4 week before I went to work. Well, you lost my business, I was so mad when I left there but never again. Will call sonic corporate office.

I visited here to get a slush a while ago and the slush tasted like a powder mix. Then I just visited again tonight for their 1/2 price shakes after 8. First, had to wait a long time, then when shakes came they were melting and lastly they were very tasteless. Could barely taste the strawberry in the strawberry shakes and could not tell the difference between the chocolate shakes and the hot fudge shake. Not pleased with this store.
Waited 42 min for a #2 in the delivery be through with one car in front that got a slush. There was one car in the Hop side. Never come back again.

They are slow as hell... that's the only problem I've ever had. I mean I've sat at the drive through for a good 3 minutes before anybody said anything. But.. I'm craving a shake, it's the closest sonic, so I shall go there now. :P

Upon arrival at this Sonic I had to push order button several time & got no reply.. So, I moved to another spot to order.. Had to push order button again several times.. Finally they took my order for 1 large shake!! I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order!! Poorest of the poor service!! Never again!!

This restaurant has always been very friendly and worked hard to get me my food fresh and on time. Many people do not realize the amount of time and effort the staff actually put in to make my experience one of quality. Be patient and polite. Its just food :D
I Frequent this Sonic often and Their service is always on point and great. Definitely doesnt compare to most Sonics. Way better than most. Highly recommend if your in a hurry for good fast food delivered on skates.

I went through the drive through and waited six minutes nothing a couple of cars behind me left. So I pulled into a slot and ordered. I let them know that the drive through speaker doesn't work and people were driving off, she said so, do you want to order. Wow.

The server are very rude and they never smile and act like they hate their jobs. The food is good but need better workers.

Came to this location at 10:50pm to order a drink and we pressed the button. Waited 5 minutes and didnt get help. There was no other customer there and I could see all of the staff inside. We moved to another spot and pressed the button again and waited another 5 minutes and nothing. We called the location and no one answered the phone. We left and went to another location.

I go to sonic all the time but this has become the worst sonic ever. Slow service wrong drinks cold fries and rude car hops that seem to have no clue what they are doing. I miss the way willard sonic was last year. Something needs to change before this sonic gos under

Over the course of 3 weeks I have had horrible service at this Sonic. First I am ordering for a large family of 6 people. Both times orders were wrong. I'm not talking a missed drink or wrong sauce on a burger. We were missing entire food items which with a family of 6 means someone does not eat or I run back to the Sonic. Also both times it took longer than it should have for the order to arrive: 15 minutes and 20 minutes, respectively.
I would not recommend this Sonic and we will not be going back there.
There was a roach in my fries and when I took it back to get my money back the manager din't even bother to say "We are sorry this has happened" anything to try and make it better, not that it would have because it was a ROACH!!
I really enjoyed the service, especially from a young lady name Evelyn. She was very polite, and bubbly. I would recommend this sonic to others, not just the food is great, but the service is amazing.

This sonic sucks. Every time I come there its a mistake. Save your energy and time. Go to wataburger for a better quality nice burger made exactly the way you order.
We went through the drive-thru at sonic and no one answered. We went ahead and parked and we ordered two drinks. It took 8 min. for them to bring out our drinks... Our car hop was VERY rude and disrespectful... Would NEVER suggest this sonic to friends
On Oct.31st 2013 I ordered 3 large orders of cheesecake bites, and received 1 large and two small orders! I tried to call the store and talk to the manager, there was no one there to take my call and then it went to the fax machine! I called the store on Bob Wallace and was able to talk to that manager who told me she would call the manager and give her my info. We will see. I'm very disappointed.

I usually like Sonic but this one has horrible service. Our order always gets messed up, the food is cold, and the credit card machine was broken so I had to dig around for a bunch of cash. Embarrassing.

I will NEVER go to this location again. The check totaled $3.56 and the carhop refused to give me more than $14.00 change for a 20. Even if I wanted to give him a tip, $2.44 is excessive for the item/service. What he did was tantamount to STEALING! Calling to complain did no good so I am posting this warning on every Internet site I can.
Bad review! It took 25 minutes for 3 milkshakes! The girl who served kept looking at the phone and touching her face/hair which u can see through the window. I have come here a lot with my family and the last few times have been less than satisfying.

I've gone to Sonic since I was a child, so when I got married and moved across the country, I just had to find the closest Sonic to my house.
This Sonic is ONLY worth while during the day. At night, they are far too busy to get even the simplest order right--that's if you manage to get a parking spot or make it through the drive through before closing time. Instead of having the countless amounts of teens and young adults attempting to show off their small penis cars MOVE or LEAVE, they just let them stay put. These kids don't order anything and if you ask them to move, they nearly become violent. If I get Sonic, I do my best to go during the day and definitely not on Fridays.

My husband and I would eat at this Sonic 3x's a month. The last 2x's the food was terrible had to send back both times. Got sick the last time we ate there on 9/14/13.
1. went with the wife to get bogo cheeseburger and tots. waited 15 minutes. tots were hot burgers cold.

How is it possible that you would have to ask for syrup for french toast stix?? Then drive 10 minutes back to work and find out. Call in to tell them and they offer you a free drink. Uuhh, wait, I ordered french toast stix that are like eating lincoln logs without syrup. really not impressed.
There was a screw wrapped up in my sausage, egg & cheese breakfast burrito. I guess the top of the screw kind of resembled a chunk of sausage, but the rest sure didn't. When I called to inform the manager she did apologize, but did not offer to refund the cost of the burrito. Hopefully no one did it intentionally, and it fell off of the grill...
when i got my food, the car hop watched me go thru my bag i showed her i was missing an item she saw everything come out of the bag, she went back in never told the manager that she saw that i was missing it just told her that i said it was missing, she came back out and said sorry the manager said she put it in there, i had to get out of my car go into the building and get the manager to talk to me. This whole time no one ever said sorry or anything.

Food is almost always cold, I love Sonic, but this is one of the worst ones i've been to. The one in Nelsonville is awsome great food, and people.
Why advertise your "half price shakes" after 8 when EVERY TIME I come after 9, your ice cream machine is "down" or you're "out of ice cream". In my opinion, the employees should stop being lazy and wait until the place closes before closing down every thing.
One car was waiting at the window. I pulled up and ordered only two large drinks. I waited 20 minutes and the woman in front of me in the drive thru still didn't have her order yet. Another car pulled up behind me ordered a drink and a bag of ice, the car hop skipped my order and took the guy his ice and drink. I don't understand how they got serviced before me. Anyhow after 20 minutes for two small drinks and watching the car hop literally dance slowly back into the store, I drove off and decided going into a gas station was quicker than that.
This is the absolute WORST Sonic in the history of Sonics. They are ALWAYS screwing up your order, the manager has a nasty attitude, they are always slow, and I always get melted sundaes.

And I was waiting too receive one and I noticed a ton of roaches just crawling everywhere on the red trays, on the drink area, and the carhops and other employees acted like it was normal very nasty. I have reported it too the corparation and they said they will be taking care of it. I don't understand why I can't tip my server with my debit card ??? Like most people I don't carry cash. How can you pay your workers a servers salary then deniy them there tips ???
