AWFUL, needs new mgmt

I went to this Sonic yesterday morning, placed my order at 8:45 at the drive thru window. I ordered a large coffee and a ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito. I got up to the window and she asked if I ordered a route 44 tea, uhmmm no, I gave my order again. Sat and waited... and waited... and waited.... FIVE CARS RCVD THEIR ORDERS PULLED AROUND PAST ME WHILE I WAITED. 15 minutes later and I am still getting blank stares from these clowns (are they stoned?), no one opens the window to ask why I am still sitting there, finally the mgr (have a blessed day) asks me what I ordered, I mistakenly said a breakfast burrito and a coffee, I wasnt specific, I had given my order twice already and figured they would get it right. Got my order after waiting 20 minutes, and yes you guessed it, the burrito was wrong, eggs and a slice of bacon, I was already well down the street when I figured it out, so I went back and stood and watched them make the correct burrto and left, 25 minutes late for work. I will never ever ever go there again.

Space Center needs new supervision

I visit Sonic at least 5 times a week and order a drink during happy hour. This is the closiest location I prefer but it never fails that my order is wrong. How can a drink ( ice tea) taste differant everytime I order one???? I order a Route 44 unsweet raspberry and it's horrible everytime. I can go to the Sonic on Fairmont, Bay Area and Spencer and the tea is fresh and enough raspberry you can taste. I give up on this site...and what's up with them keeping my change in the drive thru...the other locations never ask if I want my change and I also observed the manager always parks in the front row 1st slot...as I said I pass by this location twice a day but now I go out of my way since they can never get a simple order like my daily tea correct.

Horrible

Everytime I have visited this sonic location, it has been a bad experience. I use to work at sonic when I was a teenager, and everything I order seems as though nobody knows how to properly make it. I have also never seen a manager inside the store before. It seems as though a bunch of untrained teenager work there and something needs to change. Stay away from this sonic, it's not a pleasant experience.

spoiled lettuce on my burger

I bought a cheese burger from this location today. When I arrived home and opened my burger to eat it I could smell the lettuce was spoiled. So I looked and as I suspected, wilted spoiled lettuce was all over my cheese burger. Also the servers play games. I always tip them. I guess some people don't. I have experienced them actually trying to trick me out of my change. This time the guy kept it in his hand and sneezed on it several times. I was going to give it to him anyway. Ridiculous!

I ate there on 3/19/13 and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. It had mold on the edges of the bun and the bun looked as if it was pressed in between a vice.

discusting

March 17th at 8pm I took my family to Sonic in paris and a worker came out of the business with his pants down around his nees. We could clearly see his dirty underwear. I had my small childeren in the car and we feel insulted at his lack of professional dress. Is this the best sonic employees can do? Please pull up you pants.

Stealing

Everytime I come here my change is always pocketed! I have stopped tipping due to this. It's not just one person doing it either and I am not the only on upset about this as I found out on Facebook! If it happens again (if I come back) I will just call the police because telling them its not cool I guess is not enough. I am very good about tipping but I won't put up with someone stealing from me! They used to have a girl here that worked her butt off and Was HONEST so I used to tip her very well but now there seems to be no honest people here anymore. Sonic needs to have a talk with if not fire all of their employees!

Worst sonic ever

Sonic on coner of 122nd & Penn is not worth your time. My family and I use to love sonic tell we moved near this one. I have never had such bad service. My food is never right. I always have to check to make sure it's all there, and it never is. They never ever have ice cream and I thought that's one of there biggest advertisments. Someone needs to step in and make changes in this sonic and make it the sonic I now it could be. I know go to the one on may near killpatrick turnpike. It's the way it should be.

This sonic is aweful! Service is slow, on more than one occasion their ice cream machines were down, their hours are random, and they couldn't serve their newest creation (Molton Cakes) because they are frozen! Who is running this joint? Get your act together already!

Dazed & Confused Service

Had to repeat order 4 times . was rushed off . Was not given chance to place order. If Associate was not ready to take my order .. he should not have said may I take your order. food was brought to me.. was taken back because wrong drinks. got home (25 mins away) had nothing in bag that I had ordered and paid for. Called. Manager would not give her name .. only said she was the manager. Did not let me finish a sentence. She just kept interupting me saying you can have a free desert next time... well how is that suppose to feed me now?????? I will not ever visit North Dothan Sonic Drive in .. only to see if I can get a refund... Bunch of Idiots work there !

Never had problem with this sonic until yesterday.

I place my order and paid by debit card yesterday. When the carhop approached my car he had a huge open wound on his hand that was oozing some type of liquid. I was so nauseated from the site of his hand I couldn't even speak. When the carhop noticed that I saw his hand he tried to hide. Needless to say I didn't eat my food or drink by beverage. I work in the medical field and that is nasty. No one would open wounds should be making or serving food. This sonic should be reported to the health department.

craptastic attitude

Choose absolutely any other Sonic in town but this one and trust me, you'll have a happier day.

I complained that their drinks machine had malfunctioned and was dispensing only carbonation and no syrup and they tried to tell me that straight carbonation without syrup was called "Sprite." I know what Sprite tastes like and I know what it tastes like when a drinks machine runs out of the syrups to turn carbonated water into various soft drinks. Wanted me to pay extra to fix THEIR mistake.

It wasn't the first problem I've had with this location, but it will be the last.

incorrect food

i ordered at hot dog with mustard, onions and jalapenos on it. They put chilli on it and i don't like chilli! I told them about it and they said they didn't put chilli on it. And they refused to do anything about it. I still had to pay for it. I took it home and through it in the trash. Employees rude! I won't be back to sonic ever agsin!

sonic blast

horrible service. i ordered a large reeses blast with extra pieces. there where a sprinkle of pieces on top with whip cream and large cup of ice cream without any reeses. it,s happened several times and it happens only at that location. i live 20 minutes away, so it,s not like i can get home then go right back with it. so i tried to call the location and got no answer. this sucks.

Not professional

The service at this sonic is not good ! I had to push the intercom button several times(they were clearly not busy, we were the only car there at the time) before thy even took my order , I ordered French toast sticks and they did not put any syrup in my bag, and when I went back to sonic they told me they were out ! And didn't even tell me when I ordered. Very unprofessional , they did not apologize or try to correct the situation!

Love it

This is my Sonic of choice in Fayetteville, NC. It is not as busy as other locations, thus you don't wait as long for your food/drinks. The carhops are always friendly and professional. The drinks and fruit always seem fresher as well.

11110 Beach Blvd Jacksonville, FL 32246 This store is terrible. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and I was the only costumer. If your employes spent less time flirting with each other rather than serving the guest quickly you would probably make more profit. I am not Happy. You could close that branch and I would honestly care less. Shameful.

NEVER AGAIN!!

I was in the drive thru this evening, and at first everything went fine. I am not a regular Sonic customer, so I was taking a little more time than usual. About a minute or two into saying my order, all of a sudden I felt like I was being rushed. I was interrupted when I was asking a question, and I was going to order one more thing, but it then sounded like the drive thru person wanted me out of there. I know there is a certain time limit that you need to take the order and be done with it and out the window, but the last thing I want to feel is like I'm being rushed.

Tommie at the Grapevine Tx Location

Sometimes you meet a stranger and you often find yourself thinking abt them when something reminds you of your encounter. In my case, Tommie who works at the Sonic off of Grapevine Mills Pkwy and Stars and Stripes would be that stranger in my life. Never in my life have I ever come across someone with this woman's genuine caring attitude. The many times I have gone through the drive through Tommie is always at the window with a smile on her face giving me a sweet compliment and telling me to have a good day with sincerity. If all franchises had her attitude and outlook on life, this world would be a much kinder place. Please consider promoting this wonderful lady, she really is a wonderful soul.

Bad Manager

Manager refused GOOD Coupons, denies it being real. Even denies the Sonic Field Consultants name being a part of sonic, who gave the coupon. Tore the coupon up in front of other customers in an effort to embarrass the girl.Poor customer relations!
