The red head girl who cut my hair made me cry because it looked terrible and she didn't cut it the way I asked her to.

I never go anywhere else. I only had 1 not so great cut. I never saw that girl again. It wasn't even me that complained.

Everyone knows. that Great Clips aka Future Keys has the biggest. turn over in staff due to there 13 to 15 min haicuts and 10 percent. retail has there staff fighting for hours poor customer service staff overturn. its about customer. counts

Holy crap, I went in there even after reading all of the terrible reviews thinking, all I want is an inch off. One inch, a trim. How could someone possible screw up a trim? Well she took off about four inches, and it was uneven as hell. The back was cut shorter than the front and I have long hair, she didn't thin it out at the ends or anything. The haircut took probably 8 minutes at best. It was literally the worst haircut I've ever gotten in my entire life and it wasn't even a real haircut. Trust the reviews people! Unless you're a bald male, the chances of you walking out of there satisfied are about as high as Oprah Winfrey keeping her weight down

The staff do not seem to enjoy their job and they do not know how to hold a conversation it was like pulling teeth just to get them to speak while they are cutting your hair, other than that I love the sign in on line service great idea

The ladies would rather speak to each other rather than focusing on the client's hair. A $13 dollar cut for a male is not worth the money. I will be going back to the barber shop from this point on. They are quick and only charge $8 dollars.

Great describes my experience. Great stylist, Great service, Great Price. I went in they had a twenty minute wait, I was told about the phone app and signed up for free app. Used it for first time today Awesome I should say Great App. They listened the first time and had the notes from last time today. Way to go

I enjoy getting my haircut at this location, not only do I get a great haircut the staff makes you feel like your part of their family. They truly care about how you look and advise you when they see any issues with problem hair.

Un professional, lame, backstabbing, gossipy, bully of an owner.... he fires or threatens to fire you for the most simple things.... his ego is out of control and he treats people and condones his head stylist Julia to act like a complete B***H..... There a lot of places to work do not work for this guy he's awful!

Just another BAD cut there .Used to be a great place but now the last 2 hair cuts i got are terrible my hair is short so there is no fixing the gaps in it . Gave them another chance but was worse than time before ! . WON'T BE BACK AGAIN !

My daughter asked to have her long hair thinned last month. The stylist claimed that she could do this but she ended up actually cutting about 12 inches off of a 3 inch wide section. My young daughter was devastated. We will stay far away from your salon in the future!

On Jan 29,2014 I went into the Great Clips on hardscrabble rd there was only one person working she was very polite and she handled her self very well it was the day it snowed and all others couldn't drive in. The young lady was just amazing and she worked hard and even dealt well with some attitudes. I want to say that the GREAT CLIPS ON HARDSCRABBLE RD is the best place to get your hair cut and if you want to feel good when you leave go in and let the lady's talk to you and you will smile.

This is the second time in a row I have received a terrible hair cut this time when I got home my wife had to fix my hair because it was all different lengths I will never be returning to this place again.

They do a really awesome job and get to know their customers. They are great!

Today my husband and I had our first haircut here in our new hometown, Myrtle beach. We've been going to Great Clips for many years but were so pleased with the service we received here. We both are very satisfied with our haircuts as well as impressed by how friendly the stylists were. We have definitely found our new hair salon.

I asked the hair dresser to cut my mid-back length hair into a bob. She said I was "too fat" to wear a bob and cut it straight across to shoulder length. No shaping, no nothing, Just a five minute whack job. I'm just grateful she left enough hair for the real hair dresser I went to the next day (In a real salon) to style into an extremely attractive bob.

I finally found a shop that listens to what I want. They are convenient easy in and out without a long wait. They also explained their on line app which I will use from now on.

ive spent alot of money in other salons and i never got the awesome cut i did when i went to this salon. thanks ladies for doing a good job. I suggest anyone looking for a good haircut to try them!

Had a wonderful experience. This barbershop is busy during the day so use their on line app. They are also open till 9pm less busy after work. And the price is great got out of there for $20 including a generous tim.

Location stinks. Entry hot and no shade outside, very little sitting area inside. I waited 45 min's while client after client went to head of line, because they "checked in on-line" right before they parked the car. Crappy system. Could not even locate this location on line! I will find another salon.

The old woman don't know how to cut.Just a simple trim for a long hair,didn't even get it right.I regret to had a cut from them.It takes me a few days to accept that I had a very ugly & annoying cut.I am so sad with my cut 'till no.I wasted my long hair to an unprofessional hair stylist.Poor service.

Beware of getting perm I went in and spent $100.00 bucks and is straight.

People there are nice and the place is clean. They also do a good job at cutting hair.

I can say without any doubt that this Great Clips has one of the best stylist in the city. Her name is Jane. In the past my hair cut was 80.00. I went to the same person for 10 years. Jane is extremely skilled...it is good to know with the economy the way it stands now that I can find such talented..skilled people. Thanks to Jane!

I had my morning planned out which consisted of getting a haircut at 9:00 am when great clips opened. I pulled Into the parking lot passing the large "great clips open" sign that they put out. I walked in the store since it was 9:00 am. The lady told me they were not open yet when their hours noted they were. If she had said I have a couple things to do and I will be with you, it would have been no problem. Congrats on loosing another customer! 9/3/13

Ever since this great clips changed ownership a few years ago it has changed from great to terrible.Poor ownership and poor management.I quit going to this place and will never return.Tell your friends and family and save them a bad experience.

I took my family of 4 to Great clips in Trenton. We had signed in online and They seen us with coupons as we set Waiting. We noticed they kept going and putting people in front of us even though we were next in line on the computer. When they had know other choice but to put us next. The lady without putting the Brush in My four-year-olds hair she started picking Through my daughters hair . Found one flight of dandruff then accused her of having one minute nit. I explained to the woman that it was dandruff and she said she only needed to find one questionable spot. And Would not be cutting my child hair. So I drove straight to Joyce's Beauty salon right down the road. After that salon inspected her hair found there was NO signs nor has there ever been signs of head lice! Great clips needs to train their employees better on the difference between dandruff and headlights!

Never seem to get the same haircut more than once. They don't keep good notes about the haircut you want and they don't seem to listen to what you want when you walk in.

After waiting for 15 minutes we were then passed over for a customer that came in after us. This is not the first bad experience we have had there but it is the last. Miller lane is a professional and friendly alternative. Thanks to the staff at Miller lane for a great haircut and amazing service. I am staying a great clips customer only because of them.

I'm male with short hair and have been going to this location for a number of years now. Only had one really bad experience from a male "stylist" who completely ignored my instructions and did things his way. He didn't last long there. You have to take charge of your own haircut. Monitor progress while the cut is going on and be clear on what you want. Sometimes I get a great cut, other times it's just OK. In general I feel that it's a good value for the price charged.

do not go to this place they are the worst. I have never had such a terrible cut in my life. Do not trust them even if they tell you they have done this for over 15 years.

Yall was great to me and my hair. I think certain prices should be reconsidered. Like trim shouldn't be 16 $. Maybe 10. Kids should be 8 $ but I love y'all. This great clips is clean and the staff are nice. However their prices match their quality. This is not a place to go if you want to try a new hair style or get color. Rather this is the place to go if you just need a style fix or touch up. The best way I can describe it is these stylists are good at following a pattern but you want to have the pattern already in you hair.

I went in for a quick blow dry this morning as I have a wedding to attend in the afternoon. The Asian lady took atleast an hour or more to dry my hair in a messy manner.. N then when my hair was 100% dry, hot, frizzy and weird, she started using a brush trying hard to create curls at the bottom. I knew this was not going to work. I finally decided to go back home, wash n blow dry my hair myself. I had to ask her to stop as I couldn't take her under skilled blow drying technique anymore. I also asked them if they do blow drying at their salon often. She said not really! God! Only if they had told me that before. Such a waste of time n money plus the tick off!

I have not had a haircut in 15 years. I walked in with hair down to my waist, and I had no Idea what I wanted to do. I told the young lady a few comments of what to try, but basically told her to just do the best you can do and make it look as best as you can. She took her time and did a great job! Donated my 18" hair to Locks of Love, and the the hair cut was free! I don't remember the girls name, but Thank you! I will be back again.

I have gone several times to get a bob haircut. That's pretty basic and turned out well. After deciding to grow it out, I went for a reshaping while it grows. My 'fringe' bangs were cut so short that they won't go over to the side like I'd been wearing them, and won't lie down. They mainly stick out like a cowlick. Embarrassing. The back needed shaped, but the stylist said she didn't want to do any layering. What??? I'd say go only for something very basic and don't expect help with anything outside of that box.

My daughter was getting her hairtcut for Grad..She is not feminine but the "stylist" haha did not listen to what she wanted..She decided to do a cut her way..What is it about a boys cut that sounds wispy!!!!!!!! Maybe she should keep her ideas to herself if they are not asked for..Dont want to belittle myself like she did but she was very narrow minded and prejudiced..

I had been frustrated with my hair cuts and felt dismayed. I explained to Harinder my thoughts, she immediately took out a picture and said "we're going to cut it like that". I was somewhat dubious, due to my recent experiences. I could tell when she was cutting it that she had quite a bit of experience behind her. When she was finished, I was thrilled! It was completely different, but exactly what I wanted! I cannot thank her enough, she really renewed my faith in hairdresser's and now has a long standing (new) customer!

Will never go back.. my hair looks horrible, my 8 yr old probably would have done a better job... Cut my hair tooooo short.. it will take at least a year to get over this... It looked like the hairstylist had no clue what she was doing!!!! Worst experience ever.....

I had a really good experience with the salon. Receptionist was very friendly, Was quickly checked in only waited 4 or 5 minutes. Great haircut and felt confident in stylist skills. I would recommend this place for those who want a quick sufficient cut. I also would add in the shampoo (best part!)

All i wanted was to trim yhe ends of my hair. Cheap haircut means poor service, the lady that cut my hair was overweight and was out of breath the whole time. Not to mention that she kept complaining that my hair was too long and her fat arms, that she can't even lift would get tired.. My hair was uneven & she couldn't brush it, I had to brush it!!! Worst experience ever!!

Awful Job. Hairdresser had no idea of what she was doing. Complete airhead. Must have been the first haircut out of beauty school. Uneven lengths all around especially the sideburns. When telling about certain areas of hair she would just leave them alone and not cut them

I didn't have very high expectations prior to the hair cut because I had a bad experience the first time I went there a few months ago. The hair cut was very rushed and when someone else walked into the door the hair cut became even more rushed. The stylist didn't straighten my hair to see if it was cut evenly, and I had to make multiple touch ups when I got home. Not worth your money, go somewhere else where they actually care if you get a decent hair cut.

This location is not managed well. I can not seem to get the same stylist more than once. Every haircut is different. They either quit or get get fired. These people will not tell me where they go either.

I had a picture of the haircut I wanted and the woman did not cut it like the picture. I spent months growing my hair and she ruined it... Good service but bad haircut.

A friend needed to shave her hair. The stylist who greeted us apparently has done this before and did as good a job supporting us as with the cut - we were laughing and snapping pictures and she shared anecdotes and advice on going bald. I did not get her name but she was there at 3:30 today. Thanks to the empathy of this stylist, an intimidating ordeal turned into a fond memory!

Horrible experience!! Went in for a first time last month and the lady was great!! This month, went in and this other lady was rude and short tempered!! Others leaving commented on how disgusted they were also ! Run! Run far away if you care for you and your families hair!!

My mom and I have ringlet curly hair... and nobody EVER knows how to cut it right since it's not straight. Curly hair has to be cut differently, at an angle not straight across. We both went to this location, at different times (different stylists) and both did a FANTASTIC job. This is the BEST haircut I've had my whole life, and we both got better cuts than we ever have had at the pricey mall places (Regis, Mastercuts ect, we've tried them all!)

We have used Great Clips for years and Rachel, the Manager is exceptional! We had to move to Augusta Ga due to health reasons. However we still visit Great Clips on our trips back to Atl! Rachel is always exceptional and professional! We recommend her highly to everyone who want special treatment and a great hair cut!!!!!!

I have taken my son and grandson to this location for years. It was convenient and the cuts were pretty good. Now they have online check-in, which requires one to be in front of a computer - or have an Android or Iphone. I have neither. Last month I waled in with my son and got seated 45 mins after arriving. I watched online check-ins come and go. Today I tried to call ahead with reservations, and was directed to online check-in, which would have required I go home. I have a small business with online features, but I would never dream of shutting people out who might not be at the cutting edge of technology. The girl who took my call didn't know what to tell me. She was obviously locked in to a stupid corporate decision. I took my son elsewhere fore a haircut.

I really like the north location more then some of the others I have been to in Peoria the atmosphere is always live and upbeat, the girls in there are always so nice to me and willing to help and answer all questions I have regarding my hair. I've never received a bad cut there when I ask for a specific cut I get exactly what I want.

DO NOT GO HERE! I have never been treated so rude in my life. They were so pushy I walked out without even taking a seat. Not worth going here. Why reward people with your money, if they treat you like a dog? Excuse me, dogs get treated like royalty compared to their pathetic service. Go to Olive off Broad instead.

I knew the quality can't be as good as from salon, but I can't believe it could be this bad. The lady just trimmed the bottom, didn't even touch the top of my hair. I am so disappointed.

I go to this great clips from the last 2 years for my entire family,my kids,husband and myself,the last 3 visits my kids getting a horrible hair cut!everytime there was a new lady,they cut both of kids side locks so short!they are looking clowns! even though what machine size they use in the last hair cut is there in their computer system,one time they cut their hair short the other time long! 2 months ago they shave sides of my kids forehead even without asking me! ,,this is my advice to all of you,if you go there for your hair cut close to their closing time,be very careful,they would be in so hurry! they’ll make you a clown if you don’t pay attention...there is only one mexican lady,she is short,she takes time and does a good job,but unfortunately i see her not very often,but next time when i go there I”ll take her appointment and go otherwise i’ll try a new place,i gave two stars just because of that mexican lady otherwise i would have gave a 0 star.
