A friend needed to shave her hair. The stylist who greeted us apparently has done this before and did as good a job supporting us as with the cut - we were laughing and snapping pictures and she shared anecdotes and advice on going bald. I did not get her name but she was there at 3:30 today. Thanks to the empathy of this stylist, an intimidating ordeal turned into a fond memory!
