I'm male with short hair and have been going to this location for a number of years now. Only had one really bad experience from a male "stylist" who completely ignored my instructions and did things his way. He didn't last long there. You have to take charge of your own haircut. Monitor progress while the cut is going on and be clear on what you want. Sometimes I get a great cut, other times it's just OK. In general I feel that it's a good value for the price charged.
