Agreed - horrible customer service

Unfortunately, after banking with US Bank for 35 years, my patience has run out. I believe the staff are doing the best with the policies that are set. That being said, it puts them in a terrible place as those policies do not seem to embrace the smallest ounce of customer focus. I will be closing all of my accounts and moving them to another institution.

Long wait for help

Branch in Safeway store at Pine & Hamilton SJ Ca. The two tellers were opening new accounts while customers had to wait 25-30 min. two walk away tired of the wait. We all were very angry. where was someone to handle the New accounts? Bad managing.

The worst is being complimentary

This bank caused me to foreclose on my home. Never worked with me to resolved, blamed lending companies policy during midegation while still trying to collect missed payment even though they knew the foreclosure was confirmed.

2-1/2 months of repeat copies of paperwork to secure a loan for tax purposes for repairs to a rental. No contact, absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered in any field, anywhere, anytime. USBANK - you need to review your policies and employees quickly.

Very unprofessional

I'm not happy with getting taken for near $1000.00 dollars in overdraft fees. The cascade effect is incredible. The banker misinformed me as to when I would have funds available, so I based my decision to open an account there on what I was told. I expect that all will be resolved with a quickness.

HORRIBLE customer service.

I told them they had a one star rating online due to poor customer service. They acted like they could care less. I said no problem, I'll just give you another one star rating. They obviously do not give a &*%$ about customer satisfaction.

You get bumped from one department to another but they will not resolve your problem. They seemed over whelmed.

I so agree with Nancy!! This is the worse bank ever!!! Not only in customer service but in EVERY aspect of the business world...they should be assamed of themselves of how they actually conduct business!!!

Customer service sucks at US bank

You really should be ashamed of yourself for false advertising (all of US serving you). you have no idea what customer service is and how to respect customers. My experience with your bank has been awful and it seems that no one cares. I do not believe you really want to know how your customers feel!!!If you did your employees would have had a very different approach!!!! I am done with this bank and do not recommend it to anyone.
