great sales clerk

I want to tell belks that they have a great employee at belks in greenvile S.C. i live in N.C. but miss evelyn buffalo was a great help in helping me locate something that i order on line, but got wrong size. she helped me get the right size and get shipped to me. Thanks Evelyn Buffalo

Attended a recent Southern Women's Show in Orlando FL only to be deceived into "applying for credit" without my knowledge in order to receive a "free gift". I have not applied for any type of credit in years and never planned to do so again. Now Belks has added this sneaky means of obtaining credit applications. Well, as far as I'm concerned my cash isn't going towards anything Belks represents after such underhanded tactics!!!

Poor Customer Service

Typically, I dislike virtual customer service reps. However, based on several attempts to resolve an issue, I would rather try to talk virtually than deal with people who don't know how to problem solve and who are too lazy and/or incompetent to help a customer. Belk should eliminate this department and reduce their prices with the savings.

Fake Cameras

My phone was stolen off of my stroller while in Belk. When i talked to a employee about it I was told there was nothing they could do. That they could not review footage from the area it would take to long. So I then asked to speak to a manager when she and the head of security came out I was then told that the cameras were fake. REALLY???? I guess anyone can go in Belk's dressing room and not get caught stealing because the cameras are fake. Way to go Belk!

Bad behavior on Christmas Eve

The customer service at Belks in myrtle beach sc coastal mall gift wrapping department were so flipped and sarcastic with me in the presence of the atore manager. The manager's atitude was very disconcerting. The employees remarks were so unprofessional even in front of the manager. The manager didnt have the respect of his subordinates. It made me wonder how disgracefull the employees act without supervision. I would guess pretty much the same. He managed with a very oblivious management style. I can only hope this pothedic behavior is limited to the Myrtle Beach store
