I have had net10 for a lo g time..and I love it. Never had any problems~^^
am enrolled in auto pay. had changed my credit card info. took 3 months and many minutes on the phone to remedy this problem. why cant this be eaisily done on the computer like any other purchase
had some rough patches over the years - mostly involving overseas customer service & language obstacles, I believe; but today was PERFECT...not only was the customer service (though sounding like a chaotic zoo on the other end!) effective, patient & successful but NET 10 actually now offers a choice of bundles to add to my diminishing EZ minute plan that makes it all so perfect! If they ever had this before than too bad I never knew and felt some unnecessary frustration with them. If it's a new option, as it is for me, then BRAVO anyway. Finally perfect in every way!!!
Had Net10 for eight years and never had a problem. Most of my friends have top of the line phones and pay plenty. When we go fishing offshore I have no problem calling the home, unlike them. They use mine to get through.
The process to transfer service to Net 10 is ridiculous!!!!!! Customer service (2 separate people) had a hard time understanding what I wanted to do and then took forever trying to do it. Still not working. Was told to call back tomorrow. One more try then I am done with Net 10.
had an issue with automatic renewal. It never happened. I called to ask why and was told that it would come out by midnight last night. Today, no service. Called and was told I never signed up for automatic renewal.
I've had net 10 phone since 2008 no problem up graded and all my time was switched NO PROBLEM THANK YOU have had other providers all had dead spots not NET10 I tell everyone Buy Net 10 sincerely John H
I have used Net 10 since 2006. I have found them to be reliable overall. Support issues have been OK they resolved my issues but at times it took more than one call. Compared with other customer service personnel I have had to deal with I think they we overall a joy to deal with.
Is the worst cell phone company in existance. I have spent 100+ hours on the phone with customer service ( not an exaggeration) I have bought 5 different phones. I have been sent 4 different phones. And not once have I been compensated, for my time nor have I ever been offered free mins.. Most people have a life and need a phone to talk to there boss and business accociates. I have been hung up on, 12+ times. I have been rude, I have been nice, most of them can not speak proper English! They should not even exist as a company. I have spent roughly 300$ on phones. And it's only been 6 months..
Had our phone stolen and called to get it cut off. We bought it from someone so no book and had no charger, But mine fit it. So anyways called to get it cut off and because I don't know the make and serial number of the phone. They will not cut off. Even tho they have all our personal info to have it cut off. I said so your saying we are just screwed and they can use our minutes and they said YES. LOL......4 years we have been with Net 10.... NO MORE
For some reason other than being cheap I have remained with this so called cell phone company paying $54.00 a month for a phone that breaks every 2 months. This is my 3rd phone, and last one. They should be reported to consumer affairs, and whom ever will listen. Now I am waiting for the 3rd phone with a new number and the task of telling everyone a have a NEW NUMBER AGAIN!!! Shame on me.
could not receive calls or make calls on this phone. could not make calls to service dept. people calling in could not get. Phone would not operate as it was supposed to work. anyone out there in cyberspace?
Please do not waste your time with them. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
My net10 cell phone failed, speaker went out. So I called and asked if I bought a new net10 phone could they make sure that I kept my present phone number. Yes of course was the answer that I thought I heard from someone who could barely speak ENGLISH. * days later and 10 hours on the phone they finally active the new phone. with anew number. Now I must get ahold of a couple hundred people and tell them what sorry excuse the net10 phone company is. They can't do anything in the line of customer service. they sure can't do business in the ENGLISH speaking countries. If they don't have a good English back ground they should not be allowed to try and do business. Don't make the mistake of doing business with net10.
My cheap Walmart cell phone service is worse than none at all. Two days ago I attempted to add another 60 days + minutes. My credit card was charged 2 days ago but still no time or minutes. I've called 4 times with no results, being told to wait another hour. That was near 48 hours ago with no results. So I try contacting them when they won't be buisy at 5am. Guess what! They won't be back on their phones till 10am, 5 hours from now. They don't know how to fix the da**ed thing! If not upn and running by 2pm, I'm chucking the garbage and calling my Cr Cd Co to dispute the charge. Not worth the time.
Tried calling customer service phone was busy for a LONG time! Soon found out why. After being hung up on twice as they were "transfering my call to the correct department" I was placed on hold for an hour and 28 minutes before I finally hung up! Wish I had never purchased this phone!
Never got answered!! I had to call several different customer support numbers before getting answered-- which never happened!! Robot response hung up on me 2 or 3 times first. Can't believe this. I know Net10 is cheaper than most contracts, but that doesn't make us rats that deserve last response just because we choose to save money. IF it weren't for the cheaper price and no contract agreement then I would never use Net10. If their customer service is this bad at responding then it must mean their service is so bad everyone is calling in on it?? How sad. What is the world coming to...?
