My husband and I went in on a Friday morning and had Ashley as our server...she was amazing..actually she was the hostess and cashier and a great server..I would go back anyday for the outstanding service we received..I have 2 children that hate having their food touch and she accommodated that for them and explained that it was ok..even thou she was extremely busy she sill made our experience feel like we were at home..just so pleasant to b around..that you ihop for having her

Tonight I had craving for crapes , so with my wife we decided to go for dinner in our local I Hop restaurant . Normally there would not be crowds of patrons , but tonight there were quite a few customers . Regardless , we were immediately tended to by our waitress Mary . She went above and behind to help us with our selection for the dinner , I Hop are lucky to have her working for them . No more than 20 minutes later our dinner was already served , and everything that we ordered was perfectly done . The temperature , taste , size and presentation of our meals were expertly done and combined with the low price , it made for one truly enjoyable experience . I would recommend this restaurant to anyone , and especially to families with small children , for there are plenty of items in the menu that children will go for .

I have nothing but GOOD to say about this restuarants. they were absolutely fantastic. they were busy but had us seated right away!. everyone was nice and the food got brought out fast. I have been to many IHOPS and never had service like we received at this location.! I rate them a 10!

If we could rate this a 1/2 star it would be more accurate. They were not that busy, but it still took over an hour to get our breakfast. The coffee was luke warm,my wifes pancakes were cold. Upon trying to use one of their famous coupons they refused. I gave the coupon to another couple dining there. The owner got in my face and said,"don't ever give a coupon away again." I informed him I would continue to do just that. He said,"then I won't honor it." I said I thought he might have to if they pushed it. He said,"not in my restaurant." Very rude! I ordered a full b-fast and my wife the 2-2-2 and two coffees. I left the waiter a generous tip as i felt it was not his fault. Needless to say I will not be back except to pass out free coupons. This was not my first experience with trying to use their dumb incentives.

We had the worst experience! The service was unbelievably BAD... The waitress was so rude.

We were not impressed at all. Service was poor, food was cold, had to remind server to bring the entire order. Just all around poor.

Really good food and great service at this Ihop...they never disappoint us.

Had a great time in Vegas and this was by far the best place for breakfast. Quick service. Very polite friendly staff. Manager greeted us Nd was genuinely interested in meeting our needs. Gave us lots of info about menu, good suggestions too. Will make it our breakfast stop on every visit to Vegas!

This Ihop has their act together, All the food was actually hot, fresh, good size portions, and excellent service. This will be one of my regular hangouts for breakkfast!!

I went to IHOP for the first time. Lisa, my waitress, made me and my guest feel like we were at home. She took care of us in the most professional and friendly manner. The breakfast was delicious. WOW!! Thank you IHOP, Lisa and the staff at the Broadway IHOP!! You make life wonderful!!!

Sunday morning, 1-6-13. POOR SERVICE. We were seated for 15 mins. Never saw a waitress. Got up asked the Hostess did they have waitresses working today. She said yes sir we do. We started walking out she never said hold on sir we will get you one. The atmosphere in the place was oh well so be it. Needless to say I will never step foot in any I Hop every again.

We went out for dinner on New Year's eve. My husband had hair in his food and sent it back. By the time he got a new plate dinner the rest of our family was done eating so we took it to go. They made him pay for it! Bad costumer service!

Our server, William, was the best server we had in years. Had a great personality and made sure we had what we needed! The food was awsome! Y'all even had turkey bacon!!!!! Thanks everyone who worked on the night of December 28th! I tip my hat to you guys! And thank you for making my first experience at ihop amazing! Keep doing a great job!

We eat at a lot of ihops in lots of different locations, but we will NOT be eating here again! The staff were very unprofessional, slow in getting our order and our food. The waiter forgot our drinks until after he brought our food, then brought us the wrong drinks. The floors were filthy, even though there were several.employees sitting around who could have cleaned them. We had to ask for our ticket to be brought to us. I wouldn't advise any travelers to stop here!

I'm from out of town. I was surprised at the poor and rude service here Sarasota. The place was clean and the food was fairly good.

OMG this place is a disaster. Stinky restaurant, the bathroom was not clean at all. The food was bad, my tilapia smell so bad, couldnt eat my dinner. I got sick, i think that the tilapia was damage. My husband that is the general manager of a restaurant said that if the department of health goes thier they will be in trouble. The chef have not is hair cover. I will never go back. the service was good

Won't let me rate 0 stars. That's what they deserve Waited over 45 minutes from the time of ordered. Left without getting our food. Went to Jim's sat down, order food received food in 15 Minutes...

Dirty tables surrounding us during our meal, had to ask twice for enough napkins for our party. Our meals came out in parts, then had to ask twice for silverware. Will never return.

I took my mother out for breakfast at the IHOP in Totowa and their service was excellent! I would highly recommend this restaurant to family & friends

I went to the IHOP in Marietta to get four meals and the waitresses were fighting amongst each other for tips so bad that they put items in customers food out of spite. I got my entrees, went home and opened up the container and there sit a long ass hair in my tray with another order short of what I paid for. So I returned the entrees and gave my greivance to the waitress, as the store manager or any manager for that matter, apparently doesn't work in the store all the time. I was pissed, but I had them remake the items against my better judgement, just in case this was a ask you accident. However, I was deplored as I got home and found nasty ass pubic hair in my food!!!!! So I ask you, Do you know what IHOP is doing to your food? The district manager has tried to cover this incident up; however I having had the hairs tested against the employees or to see if the nasty place is just totally unsanitary. Oh, I mustn't forget this incident was reported.

Staff appears to be arbitrary in seating parties. Waited over 30 minutes when a 10-15 minute wait was estimated upon arrival. Hostess indicated table for 7 was being set only to be told that someone else split table into 2 for two parties of 2 and 4. Left and went across road to the Village Inn which is a better alternative.

Tried to call the store twice and they hung up on me both times.....rude!

We walked up to the counter and waited for 5 minutes. They saw us and ignored us. They were not even busy. Now I see why. We walked out. My time is valuable. Trust me find yourself another place to eat. This one has lousy service.

The most amazing food and the pancakes and variety of syrup wow I could sit n eat all day long.
