upon ordering workers used prophanity in front of customers and toward me i think they should be fired the manager sat down and did nothing while a employee used prophanity toward me and walked out of the store sticking her finger up at me i came to get chicken and got one of the worst service ever they all should be fired except 2 girls they helped me and the other workers got mad the girl asked the drive through girl to ring me up for a fry she said to her no 5 times in a mean way no team work they are working against each other they also didnt have any honey whats chicken without honey ill never come back and im going to call the district manager about the situation everyone must kno

i know this is good for the many times i've gone they've treated me like a princess

Just moved to CS and love Popeyes but not at this location. First time the didn't get the order right, I had been warned of that. Can't tell red beans and rice from mashed potatoes. The next time it's 8pm, all lights on no sign of problem. After sitting at the order sign for a few minutes I called out to them. They said their burners weren't working and couldn't cook the chicken. Put a sign out! These folks are worthless.

This place is a mess, they remodeled it but that is it! They run out of chicken, sides, drinks (literally last friday my last day ever going there, they were offering only wings because they ran out of every other piece of chicken). The one manager is a tall girl with rotten teeth. I am a medical professional and that means when she breaths and speaks from her mouth flies bacteria which is not safe and sanitary and she was serving the food. They open late and close early. I used to go there semi regularly back when the tall blonde manager was there all the time, don't know if he is still there but will never go again. I sent complaints to the corporation but apparently that did not help

My experience was horrible to night! I order a chiken wrap with EXTRA beans. When I arrived home to eat my wrap I was greatly disappointed! the chicken and wrap itself was HARD hard! There was a total of (2) beans on the whole wrap! I had to bring it back and ask for a fresh wrap PLease and Please fix it the way I order it!

I asked for a shrimp dinner not a combo. The cashier and the manager acted like it was a bother to correct their error. Then they gave me cold old food. Why do they think this is ok? Or they are doing you a favor? I am doing you one by coming to your restaurant for a meal so give me hot fresh food! If you don't like your job go to the house!

The food was the standard Popeye's fare, the chicken could have been a little warmer in the Po' Boy sandwich that I ordered, but I was also there at 11:30pm so maybe that's why it was only somewhat warm. This restaurant had everything I ordered, and I think the decor is new or recently renovated. This restaurant also has the new drink machines where you can make any drink combo, so that was a plus. I'm guessing that also means free refills if you eat in.

As to the service, it was delivered in a timely manner, although the staff forgot to include my apple pie, but since I ate in I just went up there and asked for it and got it right away.

As to the previous reviews, I did not see any crime whatsoever in this restaurant and felt perfectly safe, though I had one other person with me (a guy) so that could have contributed.

Another thing I noticed is that it seems like this Popeye's lobby hours are not listed anywhere on the web so I will write them here for you all:

I went to buy 10 pieces of chicken. A person took a very long time, then chose to give me 8 very small pieces of chicken. I called the store manager and she told me I could get my 2 pieces back, and the person just 'Made a mistake". I will never come to this store again.

This Popeyes is SOOOO amazing!! They are fast, clean, and so nice! Their food has ALWAYS been fresh and ready within minutes sometimes as soon as I'm done ordering (haven't even paid yet) they have it ready! Super impressed!! They are hard workers! The owner must be very proud of his/her management team!

Every time i go to this location , I always have to pay for extra sauces and i never get them!!!!!! I want my money back for every sauce i ever bought. You need new management in your store.

Lost customer

This place should be shut down my food is never fresh on the first try i have too complain to get my order correct. The night crew is the worst......... New management is highly recommended. No stars from me

I have been to this Popeye's 5 times in 2 weeks and every single time they mess my order up!! I just paid 21.37 for extra gravy on my potatoes and they gave me no gravy!! Plus the cashier was very rude and I couldn't call them because there number is changed!! Shitty service.

I was just at the restaurant in YOUNGSTOWN and my experience there was awful. I did not get what I ordered,the employees were not the employees of the month.The cashier working the window drive through got frustrated and started using I should say screaming out profanity .she did not care who was in the store.I let my feelings be know to the manager in her presence .He apologized but she could care less .She appeared to be offended that I said something about her behavior .Never will I go there again.

i am absolutely outraged with this store.they will not get your order right no matter how many times you go back,and you will be charged for items you diden't order and just given anything but not what you ordered.today i was given a sm.bowl of white rice when i ordered dirty rice! just one ex; i have many.keep your money and please go somewhere else

Dropped by today, Jan 31, 2013 went through the drive thru, had to repeat myselt 3 times and then at the end of the order I decided I wanted an apple pie and she ash ked me if I would like to try the other fruit pie and I said no twice and then I get home and what do I have, but the cherry pie or whatever it is. I don't like them, plus Im allergic to it and immediately had to wash out my mouth and take my shot or I would have ended up in the hospital. I live in Melbourne but am going to physical therapy maybe two blocks from you and have been stopping by there on my way home because the closest popyes to me is in West Melbourne and I live in the Suntree are. I just wanted to point this out because if I had not had my meds with me I could have ended up in the hospital or better still been in a car accident not only hurting myself but someone else as well. I think your employees should make sure that they check their orders thoroughly.

They First gave me the wrong order and that order it self seemed like it had been under the heat lamp the whole day. Not even edible. Do not Go Here.

this was my worst experience the people werent even working and they were very rude and spoke heavy ghetto slang. my kids were in the car and they were cursing at each other and being rude. there were all black ghetto people working there and this is a known bad area for crime. the guy was dirty and stank he looked like he hadnt showered in weeks

I wish I could go lower than 1 star! This popeye's takes sooooo long to get your food to you. Most of the time, there aren't but a few employees working and your orders are screwed up! If you REALLY need popeye's . . . I wouldn't advise against driving to Bryan.

i don't know how they stay open, went there Friday night after 8;45 pm, on 01/04//2013 the manager was the only one taking orders, but even she was not doing that, she was talking to her about a new cellphone, there was 8 patrons waiting to to be served , but that did't happen because the manager stated she'd be back, so we waited for the manager to come back, after 10 minutes, i asked one of the girls if they could take my order and they stated they could not, so i left and about 4 other people left, there about 200 pieces of chicken that was sitting in plain view and getting cold, i will never ever go there again, every one working that night needs to fired, apparently they value their jobs, so whom ever is responsible for this popeyes establishment should be keep and eye on it, you are losing buisness.

I just bought dinner using popeyes coupon:5 thighs,5 legs,& 5 biscuits for $9.99. I also added a large mash potato. The cashier (#5),(order #279,Friday,Jan. 4th,'13), wasn't friendly,no greetings,no thank you or anything,after she prepared my order,I asked for some ketchups,without saying anything she grabs only 4 ketchups (for 10 chickens???)& throw it into the bag.Hand it over to me w/ no gratitude whatsoever.If it wasn't the only popeyes closest to my place,for sure I won't do any more business there.

I thought with it being brand new it would be better than the old one not so all food was cold and as usual food not all there this place sux i will not go back

Every time I come to this Popeyes I have to pull up and wait for them to bring my order out. Every time!!! I don't care if I order one biscuit, it's never ready and I have to pull up! Ima need for them to get this ish together!!

Popeyes is my favorite fast food, cause their chicken well everything in popeyes is delicious. The chicken be well done, crispy, nice hot and ready to be served. Its something about their ingrediants chicken melts in your mouth. I LOVE IT

I called to ask a question and some rude guy answered s if it were his home phone then hung up in my face. I called back and he he did it again. I would never trust anyone like that to prepare food for me or my family.

Last night after work I stopped by and ordered a shrimp po-boy. Tired and hungary, I took it home to eat. The bread was hard and the shrimp was so hard I could not eat it. I called this morning and explained. The Manager on duty this morning was also on duty last night and could not understand, Said they were all made fresh to order. However I was able to send someone to the resturant and recieved one of the best sandwiches I have ever had at no additional cost. Thanks For making Good on my unpleasent experience.

Disappointment when you ask for something that's advertised and they never have any left. Take advertisement down. Other wise they are ok.

I really enjoy eating at this location. It is convenent to where i live. I went through the drive thru on 10/07/12. i ordered the 12 peice family meal. the you lady at the window asked for my id. I left home and forgot my wallet. She refused to sell me anything w/o my id. This meant i had to drive back home about 10 mins to retrieve my wallet. She refused to sell me $25 worth of food. This is the only location that requires a id with a purchase. This was a major inconvenience with gas beiing over $3 gal. I went home and decided not to return. We had Lenny;s Subs. I dont know if i will ever make another purchase with this franchise.

This was a bad experience, my crawfish was rubbery n cold paid extra for ranch didnt get it. My fties were cold. Not happy at all.

I luv popeyes chicken...and I went ther today order# 358.. 1. they girl there working drive thru..rude! 2. I asked her not to put the chicken in the bag..due to saggy chicken smmfh! 3. When I asked for a bag for my napkins, hot sauce, and honey! She said I thought u didn't want a bag and walked away! 4. The chicken wasn't fresh... I have ever wrote comments on the reviews but everytime I go to this popeyes chicken in highlands..they always rude or the food is hardly fresh... the crazy thing is that no one is hardly in the drive through...so really should I get rude customers?
