Do not go to this location. They overcharged me for daily protection without my knowledge. Charged my card five days and only used the rental four days. another shinning example of the corporation getting over on the little guy. Use hertz or avis please.
Do not use this location. They dont have cars but will take your reservation. They make up excuses galore. This location needs to replace its employees and start from scratch as they dont know customer service or that they are a rental car service. They got one star because i couldn't submit zero or negative stars.
I was given a vehicle with very bad tires. I got a flat tire on the road at night. When we made it to the tire store, we found out that all 4 tires were bad and unsafe to drive on.
They give crappy service in reference to, trying to give me a vehicle with the gas needle practically on E. I should not have to ask you to put gas in the car, that's just common sense. During my visit I saw that their was alot of discrimination in showing favoritism to certain kinds of races. I would never ever rent from them again because I was not pleased with the lousy customer service.
The car was great . Though this location treats you like second class citizens .Lots of paperwork & information required.I'm already an enterprise Plus member with lots of accrued points.
How do you think I accrued the points ??? I must meet the standards.
It's just obvious that their use to a certain level of clientele.
It feels militant or your a suspect .
Worst Customer Service ever! They gave me inaccurate information the day prior to them "picking me up" and instead of trying to rectify their mess up because of a new employee they kept placing me on hold. Nice. I hope the feel better at night knowing they had a woman and kids stranded in a city that was new to them and were unwilling to help.
This location told me at 8:00 am they couldn't have a car for me until 4:00 pm. I had a discount with my girlfriend working for american airlines and they quoted me the same price ($33/day) I had gotten 2 weeks prior and when I said that she just shrugged it off and said that's what the computer is saying. I called to enterprise right up the street in gahanna and they said they would go get a car it wasn't a problem AND their price was $22 dollars a day and I didn't even tell them about the discount through american airlines. I will go to gahanna every single time, this place is a joke.
At the time I didn't have a debt card and usually deal in cash. Most places would say sorry you need a credit card. They worked with me and I put 30 dollars down and left with a cheapest model(other guys insurance would only pay for the lowest) it was a brand new civic that rode great. Nice guys in there. I would definitely recommend them
I needed a car. Reserved online. When I picked up car the employee, Paul, was wonderful, helpful and pleasant. Nice change of pace. Will go back to Enterprise
I rented a car and got it with an empty gas tank and the temps are freezing...how dare you rent a car with NO GAS and yet if I returned it with more gas than what it had..I get no credit back!!!! next time I will go elsewhere. another thing the office was nasty filthy and smell pretty bad...
The staff were wonderful on Hwy 138 Ga. I traveled with my daughter in a wheel chair. The staff deserve a 10 * rating. (=) Many thanks from a renter from CT.

My daughter(lives in MA) had her car break down. Her CC was refused. Enterprise refused my credit card. the girl was rude to her and told her to leave. She had to rent a car service at 10 times the cost because this person would not help someone 200 miles from home. This company has always accepted my card but the counter person refused to take my card.

This woman is so dumb that she doesn't understand english. I was there last week and was overcharged showed her this and she argued with me it did t happen. She then decided to really become a ###<< when turning car in. Most incompetent , pretentious brat I have ever dealt with. 13 years I've used enterprise and never again after her.
I rented a vehicle from Southwest Cutoff Worcester on Oct 3rd. And returned it 3 hours later. Not only did they charge me full price, they took my deposit for 300.00 and it is now October 6th and no return of my deposit. There was nothing wrong with the car. The dealer who received the car informed them on the 3rd it was there. On the 4th I called and asked why I had not got my deposit back. Was informed they forgot and would do so then and would see it the next day. It is two days later. And my money is still gone.
I use enterprise because they can pick you up. This office rarely answers the phone. They picked me up an hour late. I had reserved an economy car and all they had was a van!. After I rented the van anyway I was informed that they were closed Saturday and Sunday so I would have to return the car on Monday. So now I have to pay for two extra days. The staff is slow and snotty. I use enterprise a lot and this is the only location that I have ever had a problem
If $35. a day is supposed to be a good rate, then I think the car I rented should have been in better condition. To begin with the car was not recently washed. It was given to me dirty inside and outside. The car has several scratches including a large circular scratch on the hood. I was not pleased.The car is a Mazda BPI V87.
At 5 minutes until 4pm, they decide that the car was not coming back that they were going to give me. They had to call another enterprise and I had to go to another place. I am not impressed at all and standing out in the heat is not a good thing when it is at least 90 degrees
The desk people were courteous, efficient, easy to work with. We were in and out quickly at rental and return. The costs were quite reasonable too.
Came here the other day to drop- off a Chevy Tahoe, the staff is very unprofessional and rude. They made false claims that we damaged the vehicle, when it was there from before. If your looking for an enterprise location go to the one on Merrick RD, they are customer friendly.
The staff was professional and accommendating not just to me but every customer. They went the extra mile to help with the car rental process and was no pushy with upselling.
The staff at this location are horrible. Not helpful at all, gave away my standard weekly reservation that we need to complete work with no solution or apology. Just shrugged. either they are not the brightest or just dont care, or both.
The very seldom have cars available even when you reserve online. They also do not pick up on Saturdays. Good luck
no one spoke to me when I walked in, it took them hours to finally get me a car. car reeked of cigarettes and no one seemed to care. so unorganized, I won't be returning to this location.
Lost my reservation and would not answer the phone. I live in Clinton and will never even attempt to use this location again. Would advise everyone to use another location. Have had trouble here before. No attempt to communicate with customers.
Will never go here again. I reserved a car at 8am the day before, show up and wasn't able to pickup the rental till 9 freakin o'clock! If you have anywhere to be in your life on time don't choose Enterprise provo. Terrible!
The service there was not good, I reserved a car online and had to wait over an hour before I got the car, once I received it it has a few minor scratches around it and they did a horrible job at cleaning it, the windows were all smeared from not being cleaned properly and the maintenance was not up to part. On my way back home from out of town the oil light and filter light kept popping on, also the low tire light....it was a Nissan Altima and I will never rent from them again....by me receiving the vehicle a hour late it put me behind on my trip out of town..
I love dealing with the employee's at this location. They are always polite and go the extra mile.
I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE Northvale. The service guy was the worst ever and the rent car is very old and dirty.
This place is the worst ever. They were rude an not very helpful. They put me in a car that was way bigger than what I drive an gave me a hard time when I tried to trade it for something smaller. Both of the rentals were dirty an one of them had the last persons things in it.
I was supposed to get my first rental from enterprise on Central in Toledo, Ohio. The receptionist confirmed everything and asked for another contact number if I couldn't be reached at my number. After giving my aunts number, they said I could'nt rent a vehicle unless I pay her bill first...since I gave her number Im now responsible for her bill because It's now linked to me. Which is a bucket of bull shit! Awful.. I took my services else where with absolutely NO hassles.. Hertz Rules.. Go there instead!
This location is a great location customer service is awsome i been here 2 times so i did not have one problem with them at all everyone seem very friendly an nice an when u request a car a tad bit in advance u will get the car u want they will come an pick u up for those 2 times they where on time bottom line if ur in the city line bala cynwd area an ur looking for rental car service enterprise bala cynwd is the place to go
I rented a car for 13 days at 17.99 per day, returned it in same condition. I paid for 5 days up front. When I brought the car back the attendant could not figure out the paperwork or final bill. They were "shot handed" and said they would call me later and let me know what the final bill is. That was Monday April 1st, still no word. I call and no one answers & no answering service either.
I rent a car ar least twice a month and the Workers are very impatient and not willing to help. Would choose Avis on Mill Plain Rd over them every time, service there is definitely better!
Awful customer service. Rude and lying employees. What's the point of making a reservation and when you show up there is no car?
These people quoted me 139.00 for one week for a yaris and when i returned the car after only 4 days they charged me 370.00. They said " our prices change all the time" Yea well you cant change the price in the middle of my rental. You cant change my quote after ive agreed to it. I will be reporting to the BBB and never renting from enterprise again, this is not the first time they have screwed me. This is rediculous. Hertz from now on, atleast they are honest and reliable and tell you upfront what it will be.
On a Tuesday i traveled and hour and a half to Metairie to drop my car off to a dealership . when this enterprise at 3529 n i-10 service rd told me they had no cars available .They told me i could get a car the next day . so i had to return home in my own car without getting it looked at . Then the next day i came all the way to metairie again and they had a car but told me i was not able to rent a car with them bc i had a debit card and not a credit card, and bc my bills were in my husbands name , not mine! So i was stranded with no car to ride home in and i was brought back to the dealership where my vehicle was. my dealership had it taken care of by putting the charge on the bill of service . so enterprise had to come pick me up again ( im 8 months pregnant and i have my 4 year old with me ) the whole process was 2 hours long ! then i get the rental car and it was disgusting !!!!!!! i had to wash it , and wipe and disinfect the inside and buy air fresh . Not to mention i drive a 50 thousand dollar ,8 seat car ....they put me in a tiny hatch back focus !!!! very disappointed !!!!!
I rent from this location often and NEVER have any issues. The service is always great and they make every effort to accommodate my needs.

Never have the vehicle you want, but always have an upgrade. Vehicles are dirty. Employees are very rude.

The staff at this location is exceptional. The manager has great customer service which radiates through his staff. I will continue to use this location for all my rental needs.
The branch manager is super nice however it's not enough people for the high volume of customers they get. When I got there there were no more cars left which defeat the purpose of having a reservations & you have 2 wait for a manager b4 keys can be given which most times he's on the phone. They make you wait a long time and keep asking you to try to make your upgrade to the next size. Then once you don't take the upgrade they say they have to wait until another branch brings a rental which makes your even longer. Worse enterprise ever never again will i return.
I've used Enterprise on several occasions and have always found the personnel to be friendly , efficient and very helpful. Just wanted to say thanks to Rick and another employee (tall as Rick) in the Snellville office for their assistance and excellent service. Keep up the good work.
I recently rented a car from this location and I had the worst experience ever. I noticed that the employees were oblivious to their company's guidelines and procedures and they consistently gave me false information in reference to my refund. Horrible!!!!
I would not recommend this location. Go to Harrison Av one, there will be no surprises.
The insurance company told us to go to this location. Here are the reasons why we are not happy with this location (granted we probably got rentals through insurance companies in the area probably 5-6 times), and rent directly with Enterprise in the US at least once a year.
1. The insurance said we should go to this location. We called and they asked us to pick the car up in 2h. When we got there, they had 2 cars. A truck and a sport car. We drive sedans and don't like trucks. We got the sport car even though we had to pay a copay (what we accepted).
** Did not notify us they didn't have anything close to what we drive. I would have looked for another location. No time to do that after the 2h we waited. ** Failed to explain the days are counted differently if YOU rent a car or if it is through an insurance company. HOW COULD I KNOW? I was paying th copay, it was the least they could tell us. The person I mention this could not understand why I was mad for paying more days than I thought I own. REALLY?
2. They gave us a car with about 1/2 tank (first time seeing this...). Returned the car with 3/4 of a tank. They charged me $30 for the full tank. Called and the person was not very nice about it. Said it was what the computer was showing. Not very polite, and DID NOT BOTHER LOOKING THE CONTRACT. I did not have the contract on me at that time, so couldn't say anything. I had to ask to talk to the person that gave us the car, and he said it was a computer glitch and he refunded the money,
** Why not make an effort to verify what I am saying?? Pretty much the same to say LIAR on my face right? ** Computer glitch? Honey, I went more years to school than probably your age. I can be many things, but not DUMB!
3. Hubby reminded me the guy (the computer glitch one) said he would refund for the extra gas in the car. He didn't. I decided I would write a review and not bother with a couple of dollars. But that is telling a lie IMO. But you know what, pretty much done with this location.
BOTTOM-LINE. Take pictures of the car showing the odometer and the gas tank meter. Check every single detail in the contract - yes, they will try to rip you off. If this is a rental through an insurance, ask WHAT CARS THEY CAN OFFER.
It amazes me they can do these things for pennies and end up losing customers and getting good reviews.
BTW, we were about to schedule to see an used car with them, NOT ANYMORE!
