store condition is pitiful shelves not stocked buggies and stock in isles. You can't find anything you go in for without asking. It is better to go where you can walk in get and go without all the hassle.

The store is one of busiest in are: need superstore & made larger. Employees need classes in POLITE & satisfy your customer. Not to complain in front of customers.

Me and my daughter were entering this dollar general, and the side walks were not salted, and i fell and got hurt . When my daughter came to help me she fell and also got hurt. I recommend you to not go to this dollar general because the manager is very disrespectful and laughed at us.

Theres a new store manager and boy is it a complete turn around! From their last lack of a good manager. This one is sure Very friendly/polite, fast and VERY helpful. She's on her toes. Its a store I can frequently go to again!!!! A++

Awful messy store. Unhelpful employees. Staff acts miserable they talk on cellphones while stocking and the manager hides when the line gets long they never open a second line EVER.

The worst dollar store ive seen in my life.it was dirty , things were out of place, one cashier on the busiest day waited 17 min in line just plain aweful NEVER going back do not recomend!!!!!!

I have never been in a store in my life where the managers were so rude and the employees had to apologize for them. Never have ever felt so disrespected for trying to buy my daughter toys! I didnt even wanna give this dollar general not one star but it makes you in order to post... i am very disgusted and will never return and i will tell all my friends...

This store has THE rudest cashiers I've EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. They never greet anyone with more than a scowl. They always have a full line of people and no sense of urgency to get them cashed out. The only reason I shop here is because it's about a minute from my house. I'm definitely going to take my business elsewhere though. If you want your receipt thrown at you ,plenty of cashiers with horrible customer service skills, walking into puffs of smoke because they smoke out front, standing in line for 20 minutes (even when they have enough cashiers on duty, they're outside smoking), not having what you need, a cluttered and disorganized mess and bad prices, then this store is for you.

This store is frequently out of many items. Always told that they will be restocked "when the truck comes". Cooler problems. No ice cream because cooler out. A new store is under construction a few miles south of this store. I sure hope it is managed better.

Why have a phone if you are not going to answer it. I dont understand, their is a reason customers call is to ask a question or to see if you carry a certain item.

I love the people. Some are very friendly and some of them will always help you find what you are looking for. I hope this Dollar General remain open. It's a very good location for people without transportation.

Was in this store July 14,2014.. When checking out I noticed that one of the items I was to purchase did not honor the sales price. i brought this to the attention to the employee . She argued with me , and as I told her that the display was misleading if they were not on sale, she informed me the whole store was misleading. I as for a manager, she said she was the manager.. Bottom line, after this I left without the item. But will watch every item I purchase from a Dollar General in the future.

They are so RUDE you always have to wait sometimes 15 min's and they know you are there they are talking on the phone, talking to other employee's instead of helping people check out.

This store and the one on 3rd st stinks both are filthy and dirty. I'll never shop at these stores. Wish I were manager. I'd do some firing.

This store stinks, it's filthy. And I went in to buy OSU stuff and was told they have OU but the manager don't allow OSU to be sold in the store. I complained and was told I can shop somewhere else.

First y'all can make the store neater and put everything where it needs to go. Second you need to get more drinks and lower prices so that more people will come in to your store. That's all

your inventory control at this store is the worst in the area. You have been out of some items for 6 months. Your store is cluttered, and some of the isles are unpassable. You need more employees so that the register is manned.at all times .Theft is probably a big problem at this store because employees are putting up items and trying to man the register.

When this store first opened it was very clean & organized. Over the past month it has become increasingly disorganized, dirty, isles always have boxes & trash, & to top it off the employees are usually outside smoking.

Most the workers there are really RUDE closest store near my house yet I walk ten blocks to go to family dollar now because their so rude there.

This store is very small and the aisles are always blocked by loads of items to be put on the shelves, in some cases the loads have been left for two or three days, The store is always junked up. Most of the time the items I look for are out of stock.

I'm going to the dollar general tomorrow and I have 6$ to spend. See you there:-)

Odessa has many Dollar General stores but only one comes north of Yukon to serve all of northern Odessa. Having lived in northern Odessa for more than 30 years I'm glad to say it was about time. It's great to have a neighborhood store.

Everyone employee at this store is so helpful and friendly. They always have what I'm looking for and will help me if I have any trouble.

Went in there and they had everything that I needed. Literally went in there for shampoo, hairties, super glue, and cat food. BOOM there it all was. And the store was very clean and decent. There were no empty shelves and the staff was really nice too.

Are you kidding me? You fired a manager because some scumbag put a gun in his chest and robbed your store! I'm disgusted! I hope the employee gets an apology from your company, his job back, and frankly a raise for putting up with the type of customers that frequent this store! I am disgusted by your lack of empathy and compassion for your employees!

Poor service. Stand at register forever or only one registar open and other employees dont come up. The store itself is dirty compared to others..They also have lazy emoyees who instead of looking say they dont have.

the new manager at the dollar general, located at 492 E, Camp Wisdom, has truly turned the store around for the better. At one time, the store use to be is total disarray and employees were less than helpful. Now, that she has stepped in, employees are very friendly and the aisles are clear to walk through. It's a total transformation from the way it used to be. I hope you are aware of the job she has done there and hope she hears about it. thank God for her!

stupid people bring a silver dollar stupid cashier started yelling its fake money i was trying to pass until the manager told him it was real then said wasn't gonna take it no one wants that as change....the rudest people i ever met trashy looking place i will never go there again.

I recently moved to town from a larger city. I had very ill expectations coming into dollar gerneral because our was just built and was super close to my location. I stopped in the Grundy location after work and way highly impressed!! Great location, size, cleanliness & store manager even introduced herself and welcomed me to town. I will defiantly be going often.

I love this new DG..it is close to my house (finally someone realized that people live in Bogart, GA)!! This store is clean and organized. I also like to how helpful the employees are!!

"hours may fluctuate" sucks. basic hours should be posted with a small notice for times such as xmas season. how hard is that. OR, when one calls the store and it is closed, than give store hours.

Always blocked Isles the elderly can't get through and employees smoke right out front. Old manager Carl would never have let this happen. Very dissapointed in dg

Dollar stores are cheap but this one has good product. So more bang for your buck. Cool!

The last two visits at this location were very annoying, The cashier would not take my coupon, and would not do a price check for me because she did not want to bother the manager or thats what she told me.

I went to this store on Friday night. It was 45 minutes before closing. I had to get some milk and a couple more items. I was in the check out line in 15 minutes. By the time I was checked out, the guy at the register was clearly annoyed. He did not greet me, speak to me, or tell me goodnight. I walked out of the store with 10 minutes left before closing. They were right behind me and locked the door! I understand wanting to leave for the night, but they should NOT lock the doors until the actual close time! Terrible customer service!!

This Dollar General just opened not to long ago. I had a coupon for cottonelle toilet paper and I practically had 3 employees who had to read it and didn't know what they were doing. Yes I may have caused a line but it shouldn't involve 2 managers who have to tell me I couldn't use it when I specifically followed the guidelines on the coupon. I eventually got my items and discount but these ladies just did not know what they were doing. Also, they had only 1 person for front and had to get another one on duty cause of the line I caused. This is so unnecessary.

Store has good content, but poor management. I was in there on July 4th of this yea, which is probably the busiest day of the year for this store as it is within a mile of the lake. They had one register open and the line stayed long. There were a lot of vacationers and regulars. They planned poorly for this holiday.

This store has a great staff and are great at assisting customers. They are very friendly and helpful and seem to understand the meaning of customer service. They go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. Even when the lines are long, they are kind, respectful, and cheerful. If you can't find items on the shelf, they will go to the stock room to see if they have more. They often have to get more ginger for me. A lot of other stores can take lessons from them, because I pass many dollar stores to shop at this store. I even pass a Walmart. Thank you guys for great service!!!!!!!!Pat

not coupon or SALE friendly location, manager will argue with you even if you are right or think you are right.

I love this store. The employees are very friendly and helpful and most of the time everything is well organized. However, the bathroom is disgusting. It looks as if it hasn't been cleaned since the store was built.

I'm really interested in a job with dollar general. I live five minutes away from your store. i cannot seem to find out how to fill out an application online for your store. When i click on application it takes me to something different.

This store has to be the trashiest, most cluttered store, I think I have EVER been in. There is so much clutter you cannot get down some of the isles, much less reach the things you may want to BUY if you do get down an isle. There is trash on the floors & merchandise on the floors on every isle. I've been in this store many times & it seems to only be getting worse, I gave it the benefit of the doubt, thinking they might be behind on putting things away, but my last visit (& I mean LAST visit) confirmed that wasn't the case. Seems as if they are lazy or WAY understaffed & hopefully will get the store cleaned up & get with it!!
