horrible service

I am handicapped & sent my daughter in this location to pay my bill. I've never had a problem at any other store. They were very rude to my daughter. Rolling eyes & sighing. My daughter wanted to know what they were so mad at her about. Eventually wouldn't let her pay the bill & demanded I go inside. I sure wish I could! Very rude & unprofessional.

Review for: Cricket in Franklin, TN

Not Impressed

Got a phone for my daughter, which was recommended by staff there, and it was broken. Went by there three times and the store was closed. When I finally found it open, a young lady was working and knew nothing. I wanted a refund and was told that Cricket does not give refunds, just exchanges. Needless to say we are stuck with a phone that rarely works. My husband thinks the store is a drug front.

Unprofessional service

I run a corporation and had an experience with a young lady on 12/31/12 around 3 pm. who rasied her tone with me extremly loud when I was trying to resolve a issue with My corporation phone service. I was so upset and embarrised to be yelled at by someone who could be My child behind a simple issue that when going to the sahara and Valley View store. the helped with no issues no barriers and fulfilled the same request I asked for and it was not done by a manager which is what the young lady told me could only help me with a simple task. It is principal that has brought me to write this and consider disconnect all service with Cricket for my business needs ! If you want respect and professional service it will not be at this store...

This store is ok I guess. The service to the phone is great. But, they can't really do anything. They send you to another store which is about 5-7 miles away. NOT too far.

Review for: Cricket in St Louis, MO

Poor Customer Service

I have been dealing with the Cricket store on Grand and Gravois, in St. Louis, for 3 days straight. My phone will not power on, and I took it in to have it replaced. My phone is less than 6 months old and I was told it is still under warranty. Great!

I paid $20 to have a new phone over-nighted to the store. I was told the store receives Fed-Ex delivers late in the day. I returned the next day at 7:45pm, and was told my phone had not arrived. I asked for a $20.00 refund, and the sales associate refused. She said the phone would get there in 1 day, but it would arrive after they closed, and that was not her problem.

The next morning I called to see if my phone had arrived. Marlene told me that Fed Ex had still not delivered. Marlene first told me she was with a customer and would have to call me back. She was short with me, and rude.

Marlene did call back (which I commend her for), and did a track on the package. She told me that the package is set to be delivered today. I am not eligible for a shipping refund, and there was no offer for a "loaner" phone. At this point, I have been without a phone for 3 days, with no end in site.

It will be possible that when I return to the store tonight, I will be told that Fed Ex doesn't deliver until after the store is closed.

This is a joke. The amount of time I have spent on trying to obtain a phone is RIDICULOUS. And the punch line to the joke: I still haven't received my phone. I will be contacted Glenn, the store manager, to discuss this.

I understand that sometimes things happen out of the control of the hard working store associates. Not once did an associate at the store apologize. Marlene was very defensive with me and offered me nothing. The associate I spoke with at 7:45pm was also defensive and rude.

Poor, poor customer service

Great Customer Service

I had a problem with my phone, I went to 2 other locations where they tried to make me purchase a new phone, and had no solution ...this place helped me fix my phone. When I need a new phone I'm definitely going back to this location! Very nice people.

Good Gals

Went in here yesterday, upgraded my phone. They transfered everything from my old to my new and did not charge me extra. Seemed super nice, like they cared! Love it here will not go to another Cricket store. Oh and whats cool is, when I pay my bill there, they put my name in a drawing. Awsome idea!

Customer Service

I have been with Cricket now for 5 years and have never really had an issue until I started paying at the Bountiful location. There is this one employee who has TERRIBLE customer service skills. I just recently bought a smart phone about 2 months ago, and my phone is completely broken. She refused to help me with my service. I'm looking now into switching phone companies because of her lack in customer service. Overall, Cricket is helpless.
