AFTER taking the order and AFTER a delivery confirmation 5 hours later, this store called the next day and refused to deliver funeral flowers unless I paid them an ADDITIONAL delivery fee (in addition to what was already charged on my credit card)--seriously. Seriously--how do you refuse to deliver when you've already sent a delivery confirmation (unless you are completely lying to the customer). Avoid this florist at all costs. The online customer service # then proceeded to hang-up on me twice.

I took a early day a couple weeks before Valentines day and walked into a physical store and asked if I could make a custom arrangement. Not only Was I told yes...but they also helped me make a beautiful idea come to life. So excited to have my delivery made...to only be disappointed. The wrong flowers were used. The wrong colors. The wrong color balloons. The wrong shape arrangement. Wrong design. EPIC FAIL!!!! Never again!!!! Use a local florist and get recommendations on pleasant experiences, do not let THIS company ruin your special occasion. So disappointed I cried and wished I could rewind the time and just make my own and walk them in. How do you use the wrong color balloons??? Wrong shape??? And instead of an apology from the company I got a bad attitude. I was told the florist did her best. The only thing they got right was the person and location of the delivery. Worst valentines day delivery EVER!!!

I was traveling in Alaska for a week for work after Christmas. My fiancée seemed lonely back home in Staten Island. I want to send her flowers to cheer her up. I called 1800 on Page Ave to send a dozen roses, Friday 12/29. I came home very early less than a day and a half later to find all 12 roses drooping over. Phone service w great but I am so disappointed in the flowers. A day and a half life? TERRIBLE.
