Service goes in and out. More out than in. If I could give into the negative stars I would.

bitterly disappointed

Left WOW (Knology) after years of good customer service for a promotional price with Comcast. I am shocked at how pitiful the customer service is with this company. Three days without phone, cable and internet...I find it hard to beleive they do not have enough market share to pay for repair techs to keep customers happy. When it works the service is arguably better than Wow but the leadership of the company needs to be dismissed and a culture of caring customer service installed. They should be ashamed.

"Too big for their britches"

As a "loyal customer" I have the pleasure of paying 224.00 per month for expanded HD basic cable plus HBO, phone and internet. I now have the exact same channel set up through another company for 55.00 a month. When all of my promotions run out I will be paying 80.00 a month I will keep my internet from Comcast and still only pay 110.00 a month after all is said and done. Comcast is defenetly getting the too big to fail mentality and gouging their customers. Also, anytime you try to pay a bill at this location it takes 30-45 minutes because Comcast is too greedy to allow more than 2 employees on shift at a time. I have witnessed the abuse that these employees have had to endure an it is totally inappropriate.

2 weeks with out cable

I am at my wits end dealing with comcast. Only had them 5 months and I have been on the phone with them more than my own family. I would say 1 out of 20 comcast employees I have talked to have been helpful. BUT I STILL HAVE NO CABLE. NO WORKING BOX and Im on # 3. This is crazy. If this 3rd box they send me dont work they just lost a cumstomer for sure.
