Do not use this location. I called to ask 1question. "What avenue are you on?". This fool that picks up the pphone tells me " im busy, I dont have time to answer all your questions". 1 question really. So can you imagine how helpful they are when you're in front of them. Save yourself the aggravation. There are many other western union locations.

Horrible! FRAUD! This guy is selling iPhone screens from his store, only accepts cash, and the parts are defective. When I tried getting an exchange, she mocked me and told me to leave. Pure fraud. Stay away, and don't get a loan either at his 700% interest rates!

Very pleased with their service at this location. I have used them numerous time and they really do a great job.

The one thing that is disturbing they don't show the hours of operation all they have is hours may fluckuate that's fine but show the hours so we can at least schedual our day!!! The other thing these sits that make you add a script at the end that should stay even if you miss something you shouldn't have to type a new one every time.

There are usually 2 people behind the windows, a light skin guy and a black woman. That woman has absolutely no manners, no interpersonal skills and could not care less about the customers. I hate going there to find that she is the only one around. She is absolutely rude and 8 times out 10, she is on the phone chatting with friends (based on conversations) while serving customers. On top of that, she is terribly sluggish!! After my last experience with her, I am taking my business elsewhere. Not that they care anyway, with that kind of attitude.

We went there in need to receive our money sent to us an they denied us. They don't give money but they will receive money. What is this a joke? Were in a touristic zone International drive Orlando. Like Really! Inconvenient.

when I call the number some lady hung up on me and when I called back she said Im callin the wrong number..its a liquor store..and then she hung up...freakin rude

Beware do not send money through this company, if you do ur money will be received by some complete stranger and this company will not pay for your lost. They think that their the victim, their the one who gave my money and gave my information away and will not pay me back, i sent lots and lots of money through this company thinking their very good at keeping your money safe..i was wrong..unfortunately this company will not even pay what i have lost..they will say we sent the money correctly so its not their responsibility if someone else picks them up...so its like giving my money away..work hard for a complete stranger..bottom line do not trust this company!
