Ate here 2 days ago and suffered from severe food poisoning. I just now have the strength to type this.

They refused to give me my change i deserved after i counted it right infront of them.

I love Taco Bell but this is one of the worst location I have ever visited. The resturant is extremely dirty and the restrooms are not clean. The food is poorly made and my order was not correct. I will never eat at this one again.

my very first time eating at taco bell, and the place itself was cool, and the service was nice i would definitely go back!

If you go through the drive through you need to check your order. The food is great but you always miss part of your order when it's a drive through order.

Just one time I would like to leave the drive thru with the order that I paid for. I love getting home to find that someone is going without dinner because the employees failed to place the correct items in the bag. Solution from Taco Bell, a free dessert. It costs more in gas to go back up there than what a dessert is worth. $6.00 worth of food that will feed someone else.

I don't normally write reviews but i was so impressed with this Taco Bell. Great service! Employees were very welcoming and respectful. They provided quick service and the food was great. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Very impressed!

Visited Taco Bell on Western Blvd Raleigh NC TODAY. Hadn't been there since last renovations. Was a pleasant sight to behold. Personnel friendly and professional, fast service and the was FRESH, loved it, will spread the word

This is one of the worst taco bells I've ever ate at when I comes to making food. Everything has very little of everything in it. If your looking for a a burrito or quesadilla that is mostly tortia and very little of everything that goes in it this is the place for you!

Unbelievable! It's Friday, January 11, 2013, 12:20 pm. I wait 30 minutes in the drive thru just be told that they did not have any taco meat prepared and I'd have to wait 30 more minutes! What manager would let this happen? Never again!

Blonde lady who took my money was very respectful and looks very presentable. The guy in front of me was rude and she handled it well with a smile!

Always a great quanity of food on weekday nights fast and friendly service. 5 layers are still the best and they make them just right.

I asked for Taco supreme and they gave me regular tacos. Calling to complain, they hung up and turned a fax machine on to answer further calls. I will NOT be going back to that store.

Twice I have visited the Coldwater Rd. location and had Desiree S. working the drive thru. She is cheerful and speedy. She made my experience that much more enjoyable. She should be recognized for her excellent customer service skills!

This place is terrible in terms of how long to get service. I sat in the drive thru for 35 min for fast food, I would have left but I couldn't get out. If these people worked for me they would all be fired! Terrible

The place was horrible and the mangaement was very rude! I would not reccomend it to any one. No follow through and very immature!

I just visited this taco bell I ordered 3 thing one xxl steak nachos no sour cream, two dort locos supreme tacos no sour cream. My nachos had very little cheese, almost no steak and my tacos were worse, I was charged for two supreme tacos one was exactly that WITH sour cream and the other was a normal taco. I tried calling and I got no answer I am very upset and WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I am saving my receipt as a reminder. Please drive the extra five minutes to del taco and get your money's worth.

I just want to say that every time I go to this Taco Bell I am greeted with smiles and polite people. The lady at the drive through today was so nice and it really made my day.

Sucks 25min for cold food taste like its a day old and I think I'd have better luck with finding good food in the trash than here everyone has to either be on drugs or not the sharpest pencil in the draw if you go here ALWAYS CHECK THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THEY CANNOT READ THE SCREEN. So if you want crap food your order being all jacked up and spending $10 for cold food THIS IS THE SPOT TO BE NEVER FAILS!!!!

This Taco Bell is by far the slowest going through the drive through than any other Taco Bell I have been to, but the food is good and the people are really nice and friendly. There is a reputation of this Taco Bell being slow among a lot of my associates and friends.

I ordered three Cheesy Gordita Crunches and they were disgusting. It wasn't the first time that it happened, but it's definitely the last time because I will never go back there again.

came through the drive thru tonight 11-8 @ 9:30 Mindy Gregory greeted me at the speaker, very friendly voice. i could understand everything she said to me as she repeated my order back to me. Her customer service skills are impeckable! such a nice person, made sure my order was correct before i left the window. My son who was in the car with me told me she is the shift manager there, I was very impressed. She wasnt in a hurry to make me leave the drive thru, super sweet girl. if you have an employee of the month it should be her! I WILL COME BACK TO TACO BELL ON NAVARRE BECAUSE OF MINDY GREGORY & HER AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Not only is Taco bell very close to where I live but their service is quick and kind. Their staf is all very kind, the talk to you as if they've known you for years. Istop at Taco Bell soo much that they have my ored memorized. thank you Taco Bell. (:
