Friendly, value prices, clean and great atmosphere!

Subway is known for $5.00 footlongs, Ruidoso has 3 Subway's and the Mechem store is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly, professional and quick. The store atmosphere is relaxed comfy and cozy. It is the Only Subway I'v ever been to that has a fire place and goes all out for the Holiday's. I Strongly recommend this store for not only price but quality of the service you will recieve.

They were not even busy and they got my order messed up.

Subway is my favorite food chain and have been to many. This store far surpasses any other one I've been to. There are two that are closer to me in the green bay area, but this one is worth the drive.

I hate going to subways on this side of town especially this 1! The sign on the door clearly states they close at 9 o'clock I get here at 8:40pm and the doors locked . I went to open the door and some lady is motioning tell me that they're closed continued mopping mopping. it was obvious the girls' mother or female relative with those with a little a child was waiting for her to close up on the inside of the building . This is the third time I've came over here trying to maneuver around this metro rail construction for freaking a Subway sandwich only to find out that they decided to close a freakin early. I mean after time is not correct on the door change it other than that if I was a close my place of business early I would be reprimanded. This location has definitely a lost a customer.!!

Very very clean store and friendly staff make good sanwiches

Have stop in on several different occasions, with different employees working and not one of them great the customer. Most of them act like you are bothering them. The employees do not wash their hands after handling money, the bread or products are not fresh. Have talked to the manager several times and while she acts like she cares nothing have change except for a few new employees.

The worst Subway i have ever been to. I would rather eat out of a dumpster than go back.

Totally disgusting. The ppl here are incredibly rude and uneducated. I didn't think making a simple hoagie would be such a challenge.Who puts cold sauce on a hot hoagie??? Stink bugs everywhere. Not to mention the worker sleeping on the table where ppl should be eating. What a disgrace.

Aloha - On December 30, 2012, we received a coupon flyer in the Sunday newspaper and decided to try the new Pastrami Sub advertised. We were very disappointed to discover that the Pastrami Sub, which was attractively represented in the advertisement was not eligible for the coupons. We purchased the sandwiches anyway and were further disappointed in the quality of the sandwich. The bread was soggy, the lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh. I cannot recommend Subway. We are local residents, and will not be back.

This has got to be one of the worst locations! The employees here are so so so rude! I have never recieved such terrible customer service in my life. Sandwiches are slopped together without a care in the world! Never go here

Do not dine there in the evenings, the immature young adults are very rude! I enjoy Subway and enjoy being a regular but this Subway has no time for small talk. The rude young ladies in the evenings make for an unpleasant experience!

went to subway ordered 3 subs toasted got back to work woth them all 3 subs was not toasted called them about issue they said they couldnt do anything for me since there wasnt any mgr on dudy and the told me that they couldnt replace there screw ups unless i bring the right back i told them im at work and i cant so i told them we wont eat the sadwiches since it wasnt what we ordered and will like to bring back after work for a refund they told me i couldnt get a refund poor service subway just lost a weekly customer that get 3 to 4 subs a week way to go... i bet im not the only one to leave them more restrants intown them them .

This has to be the fastest Subway ever in getting your order processed. If there is a line, don't worry, you will not be there long. Excellent customer service and very clean.

This is by far the best Subway restaurant I have been to in Spokane. The crew is always smiling and laughing! the crew generally seems like they enjoy being there! They get me my product quick and some have even memorized my sandwhich! I reccomend this particular Subway to all my family and friends, I hope your exeperience will be as ecceptional as mine was!

I love this subway! It seems to be busy constantly but the employees are very efficient and friendly and get the sandwiches made quickly so you don't have to wait long.

Ordered a meatball sandwich and got home to find a chicken sandwich in the bag. I guess the customer ahead of me got meatballs instead of chicken. I guess its too much to ask these days that they put the right sandwich into the right bag.

this place is a joke, I had to pay 9.00 for my meal last night, didn't get the right bread cuz they were out, the kid in back was rude when the girl asked for help, this card was suppose to feed both of us and we got charged for 2 6" subs cuz you didnt have any 12" bread. My daughter had to let her know how to make the darn sandwich, and 2 months ago I came in the afternoon to get a sandwich and you had no chicken. Now we just wasted a xmas present of 15.00 cuz she put it on flat bread thathat didnt taste good. All I can say is the garbage ate good last night.

I went to this subway and got the sloppy made sub I ever had. Way to much mustard to where the bread was just soggy. Also I don't understand why they have a drive thru becuz they never help the people at the widow, me and many others have ended just driving off becuz of not getting service.

My sandwich was made exactly to my liking. Everything was clean . The employes were freindly . I dont think anyone would have a complaint about this subway.

EXCELLENT customer service every time, especially with Chris and Antoinette. Always extra friendly and smiling. I eat here at least 3 times per week and have no complaints whatsoever. These 2 show what customer service should be everywhere.

Bad service. The clerk looked like she didn't want to help me. When she did she was stingy on the ingredients, even though I'm paying for it. I had to ask her the add more which got her irritated. She was stingy on mustard!! I had to ask her to add more!!! Never had bad service at subway before. Stay away unless you have no other option.

I REALLY LOVE THIS SUBWAY! I WENT IN ON A SUNDAY MORNING AROUND 11A.M. AND THESE TWO YOUNG LADIES THAT WORKED THERE MADE ME THE BEST 4 SANDWICHES...I AM MOST DEFINITLEY GOING BACK TO THIS SUBWAY ALL THE TIME...I CANT REMEMBER THEIR NAMES BUT I WOULD RECOMENED THAT IF YOU DO GO THEN GO ON A SUNDAY MORNING :)

The Best SubWay in the West, and East, North and South. Thanks to Chef SouSou, Soha Hadiar Maroon, fantastic sevice a pleasure to dine there always.

The sandwich was good as usual but, the service was little to be desired. While ordering at 8:45 the employee working was stressing as more people walked into the store. It was obvious that, the store is under staffed and the employee was feeling the pressure, she (out loud) over and over mentioned that she couldn't wait for 9:30 to come and even mention locking the door at p:30 if the crowd doesn't slow. A subway store employee shouldn't be sharing his or her stress with the customers. Internal measures are needed to correct the problem.

They are so rude here!! The lobby/dining area is never clean. I use to eat there all the time but now I prefer the one in crossroads. Shopping area or the one on deadeaux rd.

This subway is the best subway, i've gone to many subways and they suck! this place is the cleanest subway ever, and the way the employees make the sandwiches are BOOMB :-) so satisfying that i had to post this review !!!!! and the employees are respectful and nice ;-)

wow ive been eating at this store for about 2 years eating the same sub footlong on white egg ham bacon and roast beef basically the sunrise subway melt and have been overcharged everytime and was told that i should have paid attention to w hat i was getting and that its not their problem and that if other employees were charging different they were breaking the rules but since when was overcharging someone a company policy huh what ever happened to the reciprocation of customer loyalty by the business? approximately $250 $300 dollars worth of overcharge i urge anyone to avoid this store if you dont want to be overcharged or want to be treated like a person

This subway is the one I always go for, despite the other 3 in my city. I go there so often! The food is great and the employees are so nice!! I go there so often, when I walk in the door this one girl knows my order right away! I love this subway so much!

Usually a line of people and still the service is always quick, correct, and friendly.

Not only are the servers rude, but are skimpy on what you ask for on sandwiches/salads. According to the ads, subway is your way. However, if you even dare ask for more, you are greeted with all kinds of rude noises, rude faces, and slamming around. No thanks!

Overcharged me, dry bread, skimpy on toppings, just plain nasty.

Subway did a promotion on Veteran's Day for a free six inch sub for veterans with a valid military ID. This franchise didn't honor the promotion. Clearly they don't love America or support the troops. They probably don't even love SEC football. They might even be terrorists. I'm just saying.

Hands down, this is the best Subway in our town. The foods always great, the sandwich makers there are always clean and polite "I'm picky", and they are always keeping busy cleaning or stocking things... I've tried all the Subways in my area, and this one gets all of my families return business, which is quite often.

Subway proudly advertises free 6" subs to those who have served, or continue to serve our Government thru the Military. However, this Subway owner is so greedy that they refuse to offer this service. How sad of them to dishonor those of us who patronize them frequently, whom are Veteran's, and then not honor a simple 6" sub for us? I will NEVER go back to this Subway in Prosser! I will make the drive to Grandview or Sunnyside the next time I want Subway!!!

Bit into meatball sub. Center of meatball was clearly not cooked. Complained. Was told "they came cooked and they microwave for 20 minutes" I *was* offered free sandwich but had lost appetite. Concerned about others getting sick. Employee did not seem to care.

I just get out from the store @ 2:48 pm is Thursday, first the lady that was over there dint even say good afternoon very rude actitud and then told me to tell my children to dont touch a cartoon that was at each table, i dont really like it the way they told me this things they were rude she and another lady, the other lady when I told her to they should smile at least, she told me that I should go to eat in another subway, and look and my name in my shirt because I had my work shirt. This is very sad, this people were rude.

This is one of the very few Subway where the customer service is superb, and the bread is always fresh, very clean and tidy . frendly workers ...... keep it up team Subway..I loveeee it .

This is a very nice place. They are open 24 hours a day and great coffee. I think the people here are friendly and they all stick together witch is nice to see! Great place!!:-)

This was the WORST subway I've been to in terms of service- it took 30 min for the "sandwich artist" to make my sub, I had to ask him 3 times to fix it because he added incorrect ingredients and by the time I got it my toasted sub was cold. He then charged me incorrectly. I will NEVER go here again. The staff was also rude and inconsiderate of everyone waiting in line to eat.

I have been going to this subway every friday fot the last month and the service is great. The subs are delicious.
