Fast, efficient, professional with very competitive prices. I was referred by a friend who also was very happy with the results.

Showed up at 9:15 on Friday to pickup my rug that I had cleaned. No one there. Waited a few and then called them, no phone number or business hours on the receipt. Said they would have the "on call technician" call me back. As of 10:00 still no one here and no phone call. With the price of gas I have $32 tied up in the two trips. I'll go some place else next time. This is ridiculous.

HORRIBLE company to deal with! REFUSED to finish the job, let alone return our phone calls! DO NOT deal with them if you can avoid it! They will lie and over change your insurance company! I know because they tried it with us!!!

Hired them to remove water. Spent $450 for 3 hours of work and water was not removed. They should have informed me that the carpet was a total loss and they could not get the water out, Did the removal myself to save the floor and drywall. Buyer beware!

Servicemaster Wausau came to my home through State Farm. During "water remediation" they ruined a new laminate floor and poured sand and drywall down my bathtub. $4000 worth of damage and months later still trying to get compensated. They are negligent and liars. Doing business with them will cause you a lot of headaches. Stay away

Why do you think it's ok to hang up on people? You are so busy that you can't get a question answered for your customer? Pretty soon -with your attitude_ there will be no customers and you will have LOTS-o-TIME. I am so miffed by your pompous attitude.

If this is the Newmarket, ON area Service Master responsible for disaster recovery of house-hold contents -- They were very quick to get to my place after my landlords had a fire upstairs, which is a given because they want the job, but when it came to getting my stuff back. Anything of value was stolen from me. The entire insurance industry is fraudulent.
