Showed up at 9:15 on Friday to pickup my rug that I had cleaned. No one there. Waited a few and then called them, no phone number or business hours on the receipt. Said they would have the "on call technician" call me back. As of 10:00 still no one here and no phone call. With the price of gas I have $32 tied up in the two trips. I'll go some place else next time. This is ridiculous.
