Poorest Meal Ever

Had dinner last nite, 1st time and it was beyond edible...calamari undercooked, Voltaire pasta, meat was so hard, was like mini beebees, all of the shrimp was not just overcooked, every piece had blackened and was crusty. Sad evening, will never go back ever! Manager should be in/out of kitchen, trying foods and checking on customers, seriously delinquent.

The food is great and many of the staff members are as well. They are quick and efficient. Great location and plenty of parking. I love that you can sit outside or dine inside. They have a private dining room if you are having a large group and want the privacy.

Review for: Olive Garden in Bowling Green, KY

My friend and I have had different versions of service at several Olive Gardens In Indiana and Kentucky, but today we had absolutely the best meal and service ever in the Olive Garden in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Marcia P. Gave us the best service ever. She went above above and beyond and our food was to die for. The price was also really reasonable.

The food was great. But our waitor needed a little more concern for this customers. The table was dirty, also the plate was dirty. Other than that.. 2.5 out of 5 stars

Review for: Olive Garden in Raleigh, NC

Less than mediocre

We ate here for a reunion lunch. My mom and I shared a "lighter portion" lunch which was VERY small. The waitress failed to inform us of the size of the meal at the time of order although when she brought it she expressed that it is a ,"very small portion." Some of the salad lettuce was wilted and slightly brown. The breadsticks were dry and not even warm. I had plenty I water to drink which allowed a tip. I won't be going back to this location if any Olive Garden!

Took my daughters 12 n 14 asked for kids menu for the 12 yr old. waitress refused said for 10 n under, which is incorrect. Its for 12 n under. Shouldn't matter afterall I'm the one paying not Olive Garden. She proceeded to offer to get mgr very loudly n when I said no we'll just order off reg menu she kept offering n drawing attention. Later after we ordered I spoke to mgr who said it was for 12 n up. He offered to get kids menu, I said no since we had ordered. I told him it shouldn't matter it never does at any other place I eat out at. I don't care if you 50, they aren't buying and certainly don't dictate my diet choice or pocketbook. Who do they think they are! Do they think their food is so great that i'll keep coming back for that nonsense! I can get a kid menu for any age anywhere in town, weather its fast good or Applebees or chilis. What's their prob.? Their food taste n quality has gone down over the years anyway. They better re think their drink! Customers won't put up with this crap!!!

We had lunch at your restaurant today. We ordered the soup and salad. The salad was wilted and the bread sticks were obviously old--had no taste. The soup tasted like it had been watered down. We've eaten at Olive Gardens all over the US and enjoyed. But, today was embarrassing to us as the hosts of our party. Upon our request, our waitress brought fresh salad and said she buttered and salted the 'fresh' bread sticks. Sorry we chose this place today.

decent food, horrible service

This is firstly to comment on the horrible service I have been at the receiving end for ONLY the Erie Olive House located on Peach Street... Although I came in for dinner at 9:50pm (this place is supposed to close at 11) it looked like they plan to close the place by now... Horrible seating with uncleaned tables around u, server takes ur order like he's in a rush to throw the food at u and run home instead of them doing their job of 'serving' food properly, checking up on customers... I'd rate this a 2 out of 5 just cuz I love the food from here

BAD service!!!!

I was with a party of 10 . After the waitress comes by the first time to see what we'd like to drink, our drinks get to us 30 MIN later. It took an hour before they took our order and took an hour and a half to receive our food. My sisters ravioli was still cold in the middle. They brought her out a warmer dish lol. It was already late so my sister had to take her food to go. By that time we all needed refills and not one time did we get a refill. I had to go to the front desk and complain and ask for our check since they never brought it. Definetly no tip and would NEVER recommend this location to anyone! PebbleCreek pkwy and Mcdowell is by far a much better location.

excellent service

As soon as my husband and I walked in we were treated great . I have been to other restaurants and the service hasn't been this great our waiter I believe his name was Eric was very very nice while ordering I was translating to my husband and Eric immediately jumped in and took my husband order in spanish this made me and my husband feel so great. Honesty the Olive Garden on 35 S is the best location in town. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with open arms.

Hot able experience

I called and made reservations for valentines day the week before and I called the day before to check and make sure they still had my reservations set and I was hung up on. When I called back I asked to speak to a manager and she was little to no help at all as well. This has been my favorite place to eat for years and I am not thinking that way anymore.

5 stars

My friend and I were there for dinner Sat. Dec. 29th. we sat at the bar and were served by John, Jason and Scott. Their recommended wine, 7 Daughters Merlot blend ;) and the Syrah, were lovely. They expedited our dinner as we were on a time crunch and were very sweet and pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will definitely recommend your establishment and be returning ourselves!!! Thank you again and have a fabulous New Year's!!!

Went there all the servers were so rude talking and whispering staring us down. All mad about my party of seven. The manager SCOTT came over asking why we were being rude to his employees when they were the ones that failed to serve us worst Olive GArden I have ever been to in in my life. Take that back worst reasurant I have ever been to in my life!!! Only gets one star because I can't do less

$75 take out order

Sunday around Noon. Very busy with the sunday church crowd. The best take out I have had in a long time. The hostess went over my order with me at pick up to make sure it was correct. The packaging of the food was in nice plastic containers. My food (chicken parm) was hot, juicey and crispy. All my coworkers were completely satisfied with their orders.
