I walked into the Park Royal location to inquire about having a ring resized and having the stones replaced on a pair of earrings. When I told the lady who seemed to be the owner or manager that I wanted an estimate so I could compare prices, she gave me a vague quote, quickly looked away and put down my pieces, without a goodbye or a thank you. Last time I checked, potential customers have the right to comparison shop before giving a store their business. I will never go back.

I try not to shop at this location, the staff seem not to enjoy their jobs. Purchaseing a watch band and the staff member states "wait I'll have to look it up". No helpfull assistance with choices or time frame of order. While I made the purchase there was NO small talk, NO smile and NO thank you. Printed receipt and stated "we'll call you when it". Plenty of places to purchase jewellery this is my last choice to shop.
