Had a very bad experienced today at H&M today. Staff was very rude at checkout. Had spend my 30 mins only for exchange.

I absolutely love this store, the store where I live never seem to have all the great items I find at the 5th Avenue location so I always make the trip even though the store is a bit out of the way for me. Great location, great selctions great store.

Why do they still list this store if it is closed?

First of all, I had to wait 15 minutes for the one person working the counter, on a Saturday afternoon. When i was finally helped, the female customer service was extremely short and rude. I won't be returning

the h&m at westfarms mall has horrible service. the staff is difficult to find and when you do find them they give you no eye contact, greeting or any sign of interest. they merely slowly ring your items shove them in a bag and don't even say goodbye; they just wait for the next person in line to notice that the cashier is free. i also work in retail but it appears the standards are set very low at this location. i'd rather purchase my items online.
