They are rude to customers and they screw you over when you are trying to get a video game controller for affordable price that works and won't freeze up your Xbox 360/ps3/wii/wii u/ps4/xbox one console. My recommendation is to not go to this gamestop when you want to get a video game controller for a affordable price

Purchased new in box xbox one and could not get up and running so I contacted store and manager said contact Microsoft we only sell them. Would not even take five minutes to check system or help in setup. He was very friendly at point if sale. Never again Needless to say finally got straightend out and first game was played 6 weeks after purchase

I bought the mass effect trilogy pack from the gamestop on arsenal street in watertown, ny and when I pulled it out to play it there were no disks, this is very upsetting as a card holder and someone who has been going to gamestop for years. I was looking forward to this for a very long time. Now I'I'm out 30 dolars

Watch out for this location, store does not adhere to city ordinances when buying and selling merchandise. The store does not correctly hold merchandise as laid out in NEWPRS. Store bought stolen property and sold it 1 day later, supposed to hold for 21 days

Had problem with receipting from another store location. While employee agreed there was a mistake made, he told me to go back to the original store for the fix. It was freezing cold and snowing. Everything needed for the fix was there. He just did not want to do it.
Manager was extremely rude and talked down to a mother trying to buy her sons a Xbox 360 system while i was there. It's disgusting to think a manager would talk like that to someone who's about to spend hundreds of dollars at their store.

Been going to this one since 05. Different managers have come and gone, but familar faces. When they know ya by name..lol...u been in there to much. But now my son is older and shops there and has 50 questions. Never short hurry up answers..always take there time with whomever they waiting on. The only one for us..thanks guys for what u do.

I went in to ask about trading in my son's XBOX 360, and Malcome spent a bunch of time helping me and gave me an estimate, he was very cool. Unfortunely the system was in jaxs and when my son went to trade it there, they did NOT give him the same deal. I called back to the Daytona store to let them know what had happened and I spoke with Jeff the manager and he was also very nice, and very helpful. The guys in Daytona Beach are worth the trip! Very honest and helpful !!!!!! Thanks Guys.

The employees here are rude - I didn't come in for them to try to tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about - and about as unhelpful as they come. I wasn't throwing a fit, I was calm and polite and simply wanted an exchange for a defective product. They refused, despite my being within their 30 Day policy. Went to another Gamestop and they replaced it for me. Never going to this Gamestop again.

We have been to lots and lots of game stops in all differnt states!!! the manager is so cool there and so so helpful!! the other guys there are too. They are very friendly and kind to all!!! they also have great deals on games and systems. We drive to this game stop before we go to any others even though we have to drive a ways out its worth going there!! its 5 star place for sure!!! Cheers to you all!! WORST POSSIBLE GAMESTOP EVER! I have only been into their store once because that's all I literally could handle of this terrible excuse for the GameStop. The store is a absolute disaster. Games are all over the place, lying of the floor and in sections that aren't even their console. Don't even get me started of the employees. Worse possible employees every, very rude and snippy teenage punks that obviously don't care about their job at all. Don't even bother calling them either. Their service over the phone is shockingly worse then in person. Once again WORST POSSIBLE GAMESTOP EVER! Take your hard earned money down the street to Desert Ridge where they actually know how to train their employees.

Well every time I go in gamestop I am always greeted and they are very nice and have a conversation with you. Yea some of there stuff is high priced but everything is now a days. I think they have a great work envorment and great workers

Yesterday, I called Gamestop on Sunset Drive in Waukesha and talked to Jon about purchasing a PS2 console. He told he had 2 models in stock a thick one $40 and a slim one $50. Today, I went in and met Jon and told him I was the guy who called him yesterday about the PS2. I told him I was interested in buying the thick PS2 console. He then told me that he thought I was someone else who he had sold the thick PS2 to and only had the slim model in stock. I asked about the thin PS2, "That was the $50 one?" Jon said, "It's $60 .. $59.99" I told him he said $50 on the phone. "Well, it's just $9 more." replied Jon. Feeling that I was a regular mark, Jon then told me that the newer model and was better. I told him that I was sorry, I'm not interested, thanked him for his time, and left. 7/9/13
I came here to get a new power brick for my Xbox 360 and they gave me the wrong one and it fried my Xbox the next day i doubt this people know what correct item to give their customers for their consoles so i suggest to go to another GameStop or video game retailer.
I just purchased a PS3 white that said comes with 3 games. Those games DIDNT come with it. GameStop flat out lied to me and then basically told me to take it up with Sony. Especially with the amount of money I just dished out for this, pretty pissed. Not Going Back

Every time I come to Farmington's GameStop, I am very pleased. The prices are usually fair, and customer service is great! Yesterday, I called them, to ask a question. As usual, they gave me the answers I was looking for. They also gave me facts about certain video games, which I liked. Very happy. Five stars!

I would not recommend to online order at the store to be delivered to your address they are not very helpful at all on trying to get your money back..or your Item they're not in the same page those people that work there.

I went to gamestop to get a gift card for a friend's disable child. Was horrified when I was told to get a $ 50.00 gift card and only put $ 10.00 on it . When I said that would be rude . He said no it funny. I told him no its rude and the child wouldn't understand. He told me I was rude for stating that.

The store managers Kimberly and Jesse are heartless store managers that take advantage of kids who make a mistake. They took my son's birthday money which was 75.00. Kimberly offered me a 17.00 store credit for brand new games. All the employees are tired to me. High turnover! I wouldn't use any Game Stop every again. Walnart is cheaper and they do exchanges I rate then a 0.

I have been a supporter of GameStop since they opened. I recently went in for my sons birthday gift. I told the clerk my son had the skylander game for wii but I recently bought him an Xbox. He wants the skylander giants for the Xbox. I told him I knew the figures weren't compatable but was the portal? He said yes, you need the portal owner pack for Xbox. They didn't have one so I went to Walmart and got it but since he was such a big help, I came back and bought all the figures. Found out that he was wrong. The portal isn't compatable and you can't buy just the portal! Now I get to buy the same game but more money cuz I need the pack with the portal. I called them and all he could say was I was mistaken, not him and he didn't know what else to tell me! Ummm tell me you were wrong, you made a mistake! I gave you all the info! Cut me a break! Do something! Thanks for helping me make my sons birthday a failure! I won't be back, you can get the same games at Walmart for the same price! You get screwed when you trade anyways!
The employees are rather nice, and aren't rude and try to ignore you like the ones from city place. I can just go in to get my game and go back out in 2 minutes.
As soon as I walk in im greeted by people who i feel comfortable with, very helpfull and always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy costumers that is why i always get my games from this Game Stop.
I've come to realize that every time I go to pick up a pre ordered game , if I don't mention the ( special case or key chain or any special bonuses ) that the pre order comes with , the workers at game stop will not offer it . I don't know if that's store policy or just workers that wants to keep extras so they can sell or give to friends . But I just want to alert consumers about this GameStop trend. Make shore you ask for everything your sapposed to get because if you don't ask they will most likely not offer
