Enjoying going to Costa every time I am in town, same today looking forward to breakfast and a nice coffee but unfortunately I had to send my coffee back as it was cold and could not drink it.

didnt get what i asked many times in a row.. And had to wait a long time to get what i wanted. Rather go to other coffee shops around the area than this.. I do recommend Pavillion Plaza.

The best in the area,cosy lively, with lovely staff and perfect coffee.Took my husband today Sunday so relaxing , Sunday papers too.A lovely young lass cleared our table , she had a big smile and asked what coffee we had, made us feel good, not like grumpy staff we have had elsewhere .

One of the worst experiences of my coffee drinking life. The staff were quite slow and uncomfortable, and the manageress was lazy and loud, just talking small talk with customers whilst people were waiting for their drinks. The shop was dirty and the music far too loud, and when I complained to the manager about my drink having bits of coffee grains in the refused my refund and was very rude. I shan't be going there again, especially as there is a far better coffee shop in the park at Blackroot.

Spoken to and treated appallingly in this branch by the manager today, would post her name if I could remember it but I cant - took customer service to a whole new (and very low) level. Really badly spoken to and won't be going in there again.

It may be a little bit ragged around the edges but the staff in this store make all the difference; even when the queue is out the door (and I come often so I have seen it like this) the staff are always in a great mood, smiling and being playful with their work! More vistas in Brighton like this please!!

This Costa is NOT in Birmingham it's on the A34 Stratford Rd. IN SOLIHULL. If you don't know where you are how do you expect customers to find it!!??

Today i visited the Pwllhelu Costa Coffee as i general do on Sundays, It was noticeable that they were understaffed, but the staff a Maestro & Barista coped very well under the preassure. I think the manager needs to sort out the staffing as there two were doing excellent but feel another person would make a difference

Love Costa, hate staff at western road one.. Every other time they get my order wrong or forget about my order at all.. Rude, often slow but always enough time to chat to a colleague. Dancing and eating while serving customers... Once heard "sh...t" when one of them dropped a muffin on the floor ... Costa customers deserve better.

Fantastic..friendly.courteous staff..am always in the place and it never changes staff 13 always polite and helpfull especially to older generation or those needing help....

Like many costas on brighton, they employ European students who don't understand English. I visit Costa regularly and can't count how many times my order has not been listened to properly or how many times I have been talked to in a rude and abrupt manner. Costa need to sort out their staffing or other leading coffee chains will be taking over, fast.

Okay so the Victoria forecourt hut has just closed and if you want to use Costa and are heading towards Victoria Street then this is now your only choice. Chaos is perhaps the only word to describe it!

Finally we have Costa in Camberwell. Very nice store and delicious coffee.

Did not enjoy my visit on monday. The staff were moody and unhelpful, and the shop was a mess. The table I sat at was disgusting, sugar all over the floor and stains on the chairs. Not a store I will be reccomending to anyone.

Not as good as some other costa coffees, as the atmosphere isn't great. Screaming kids, long queues, flickering lights above bar- it wasn't ideal. My caramel mocha had barely any caramel in- if any. Hope it improves but I much prefer local coffee businesses in Stokesley. Major let down.

Today i had my usual coffee at costa beacon and been served by very friendly Sammy and tia .both of them are wonderful smily servers.excellent service

Very slow service even when it's quiet, staff talk between themselves ignoring the customers a lot of the times, the drinks I receive are always badly made, the members of staff that could make decent drinks are no longer there. Very disappointing, I used the cheadle one now.

Best store in the area for sure! I come in several times a week after swimming, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

as someone who's a big Costa fan and regularly uses several different stores, this is my local and the best of the lot! All the regular staff make this costa a pleasure every time.

Annoying! Third time I've been to Costa at Wooley Edge Services and everytime I go to order a costa ice, there's no ice!! What's point in having something advertised but can't provide it. Especially an 'ingredient' as simple as ice!

The staff at Costa on Whiteladies Rd are excellent. I visit various coffee shops but the staff here are outstanding. I wrote most of a book while sat in this Costa and so have had plenty of time to judge the quality of the place. Clean, good coffee (though more chocolate cake needed), but it is the staff who make the place what it is. Outstanding.

I have been coming to Costa for some years now and have never had a problem, although one day when i went in to biggin hill store i was treated in such a rude manner i was very suprized to find the manager very stressed and unable to deal with the busy store.

Great addition to the high st.Welcoming staff,calm atmosphere,free WIfi and great drinks to boot.Get one of their points cards which will add value to your visits.

I love this store! Braehead is my nearest shopping centre and I ALWAYS pop into Costa for my cappuccino and it is ALWAYS perfect! Staff are friendly and coffee is exactly the way it should be. Service at weekends could be a little quicker but that's my only fault with this particular store.

Even at 7pm these guys were friendly, polite, speedy service and tried to upsell but in a good way. Kept the tables clean too. 10/10

went for a quick lunch today . The ham in the ham and egg sandwiches was brown so I searched to the back to find one with pink meat. The place itself had tables full of empty cups and plates. I managed to find a seat and put the tray on a spare chair .tut tut Costa

I visited this Costa at Castle Marina on Thursday afternoon 10th October. Mixed race attendant was attentive to the fact I had not been served although there waz a group of employers around till area. Great cappucino produced by young lady on duty. Noisy environment due to music and number of customers in cafe bar. Toilet facilities looked like they needed cleaning and some maintence- toilet seat loose, rails and mirror dirty, large and small bin looked like noone had ever thought to ever wipe or clean them when emptying any bags.

My friend and I went into Costa for a coffee and a catch up on Soltice Park, Amesbury tonight and found the staff to be lovely. We quite regularly go up there and have found the staff to consistently cheerful, attentive and considerate. It's so refreshing to have excellent and polite service every time we visit. Absoluteley awful, took 10 minutes to be served and there was no one else there, over charged me and had to be refunded , young incapable staff, very dirty in the area of making hot drinks, will stick to the usual caffe nero.

Am here 2-3days a week. shifts permitting. .love the atmosphere.. love the staff...we're on first name terms...they know what I like to drink..It's a place I can relax with friends away from the stresses of life..love it tis my 3rd home..after my real home and work !!.

The service in Costa Coffee in Dudley was excellent. The seating was comfortable, chairs and sofas just like being at home. With the hot weather we've been having it was absolute heaven to be sitting in a comfortable chair with the air conditioning on drinking a delicious mango and pineapple slushy.

One barista served a queue of hungry and thirsty Bruce Springsteen concert returnees Every one greeted with a smile and excellent service. Shame they didnt all return this to her. A well needed pick me up at 1am!

This is the nicest Costa Ive been to ,and I have been to many,and lived all around Great Britain. The Manager and staff are very friendly, its a joy to have this Costa in Paignton and as a Hoteler I know our customers enjoy going there too.

Im not a coffee drinking except a costa coffee in the morning. Your staff know how I like it which you don't always get, in other coffe shops ive been I just get a coffee. Your staff are vvery polite and happy alk the time and quick when busy. 10/10.

We stopped at your northbound Taunton Deane Costa on Sunday 9th June at 19.15 hrs and were very disappointed. One girl had half her hair hanging out and around her face and another was biting her nails whilst serving, taking what one would presume to be a piece of nail and flicked it onto the floor.Finally whilst waiting for my family by the exit I was faced with 4 high chairs in a disgusting state. When being served prior to this I saw that you have been awarded 5 stars as part of the scores on doors scheme, now that was a shock!! I always use Costa when possible and this really is the worst example I've seen.

Its about time we had a decent, high standard coffee shop in Ripon. I am so pleased the "objectors" did not get their way.... Good luck and myself, family and friends will definitely be there on your opening day on Sunday..

I love this costa on bury market, all of the staff are absolutely bonkers. Singing, dancing they have really good rapport with each other and customers. I highly recommend everyone to make a visit to this store!!
