Do NOT go here

They said they fixed my cracked screen but it cracked again. I took it to Apple and they told me that who ever fixed my phone took parts out so my phone had to be replaced. They literally stole parts from inside of my phone. DO NOT GO HERE.

Duped and lied to, sold 5.99 case for 30 $

I and my husband bought 2 Cellairis cases from Coral ridge mall store this January. Within 2 weeks, both cases started ripping. When we went to talk about it, the salesman said these are not the best cases and said he couldnt do anything about it, but at the time of purchase, he sold us those cases for 30 $ each, with 50 % off on 2nd one, total bill 45 $ before tax. When later this July, we saw some other girl salesman at the same booth, we asked her and she said that the cases we had were the cheapest cases cellairis carried, probably only 10-15 $ each with 50 % discount on 2nd one. we ere shocked to learn when she said that many salesmen had been suspended because they were taking extra money from people. Cellairis is a big and well-respected company and this is a disgrace to the company and very upsetting to the customer. We are very disheartened by this mockery of our trust and we will not return back to cellairis ever, if this issue is not resolved. unfortunately, we didnt keep the bill as we didnt know that this was to happen.

Worst place to go.

I went there because I heard they replaced phone screens if it cracked.. after going there and paying $50 I got home and realized my phone wasn't charging. Frustrated, I knew something must have not been replaced on it. I went back the next day and after the guy worked on it for about 45 minutes, said there was nothing he could do. He told me if I wanted to get the phone charging problem fixed I'd need to have the original screen back on. After putting my old cracked screen back on he gave me a full refund. So not only do I have a cracked screen.. I have a phone that won't charge either! I do not recommend going to this place AT ALL. It's like I payed for someone to take away my phone's ability to charge!

horrible!

my mom had bought a cell phone case the friday before Xmas (12-21-12) she was not told about a return policy or anything like that only if you dont like it we could excange it within seven days. My family opened gifts that sunday (12-23) because she had to work the eve of xmas and then xmas. she gave me my stocking and said "if you dont like it then we'll return it" it was a purple plaid designe and i wasnt my cup of tea so inorder to escape the line we would face later in the week we went up to the kiosk where we bought it from and he looked at us and said "you cannot return that item, we dont take returns." My mom was very mad at him and then asked "do you have silicone covers?" he said "no, we don't carry that type." so i had to pick out a peeps on acid case cover that I hate with a passion. he was the rudest man, and for twenty dollars my mother was ripped off! for about 5 i could go on to Amazon and get a case with a few screen protecters along with it. I went online when I got home to the company's site and read the return and exchange policy. I called my mom over and read allowed "Store Returns: we will offer and Exchange OR FULL REFUND for an unopened and unused product within seven days. I only had the case for 2 1/2 days and it spent all that time we had it, it was hung up inside of a stocking. Note for future customers DO NOT GO THERE MEAN AND RUDE MEN WORK THERE> my mom said as we left we'd report them to the BBB. Save your money and pay 3.00 for shipping for at an outlet store you'll save time and money.
