what a rip off how can these owners sleep at night. miss a payment by one hour and your loan starts all over in payments and you get no money. I guess the rich do get richer, and the ones struggling oh well who cares.

I have a loan and I called to make arrangements to pay just the principal. I was told one amount over the phone once I got there I was told I had the wrong amount sooo I went and got an additional $10 when I returned I was told oh now you will go back to the original amount you owed and the 4 pays u have already made will b gone! Ok so now they have waisted my time and gas! Really I can't wait to pay off this loan and never look back!!

3/29/13 Been sitting outside of cash store since 1:05pm...hand written note on door says they'll be back at 1:05pm. Its now 2:13pm.
