I have a loan and I called to make arrangements to pay just the principal. I was told one amount over the phone once I got there I was told I had the wrong amount sooo I went and got an additional $10 when I returned I was told oh now you will go back to the original amount you owed and the 4 pays u have already made will b gone! Ok so now they have waisted my time and gas! Really I can't wait to pay off this loan and never look back!!
