After waiting for two cars ahead i pulled up to order box...not too place my order but to be told to place at the second window. ( first not in service). I then looked at time.6 pm two cars ahead. 21 mins later i got my food...cold. and no zesty sauce the whole reason for getting onion rings. Oh then i had to ask for my receipt because i wasnt given it. Stopped here 1 other time similiar experience but thought it was a fluke but i guess its a pattern.

Rude, rude rude. No baby changing table. Is it really possible to watch your food get made and it comes to you ice cold?

The crew r tops at this bk the managment not so great I go here all the time there r a couple of crew members that stand out they have been there a long time the girl the longest she is very funny and makes the guest feel like family I'm not sure of her real name I know she has changed it a few time always friendly and helpful even though she seems to be in the back alot she must b really good at it but she should b up front more the food is always great if they can remember to grab the right stuff to much talking up front need to pay attention.

I normally only come to this BK to get a burger and they have great service but that latest time they were slow, got my order wrong and my order was both messy and cold.

My buddy and I went into this location and it was clean, the cashier who helped us was really nice and friendly, I believe her name is Rafaela, I will keep coming back to this location

My las and only visit to this Burger King. The food was acceptable the cashier was nice but the lady manager that was helping her was just not very welcoming it was more , here is your food come and get out. I truly felt just one moe car not a customer.

I was there around 9pm 15 or 20 mins in drive thou. They got the order wrong also when i ask for my receipt they claim the computer toss it, i didn't know computers had hands which i'm pretty sure they over charged me. So belmont st buger king gets the worst rating from me.

Everytime I go to this location it takes forever to receive prompt service. Some changed need to be done ASAP it should take 20 mins to place an order or receive your food.

Terrible service. Went through drivethough on my way out of town and was given completely wrong food that I couldn't eat (ordered chicken biscuit and was given sausage that I can't eat). Called in and asked them to remove the charge from my card (this works at other fast food joints) and they said the best they could do was exchange the food if we came back to the store. Incompetent service with no care to right any wrongs.

manager charged full price for 2 whoppers and when i informed her they should be the advertised tv commercial 2-$5 she said that expired then i showed her the huge sale poster on the dining rm windows. then no apology first for the mistake and then instead of another apology for lying to me she just rudely opened the register and almost through me the difference in change. what she was trying to do was plain and simple steal from the customer! tell me would you trust this person to run your business? this was around noon so make sure you check your receipt carefully before leaving the window!

Lies about available items to make you take what they want you to have. Refuses to open the doors at posted time. Usually opens 2-3hrs after posted time. Rude

I went to this burger king yesterday and ordered a whopper and fries - they were out of ketchup. How does that happen???

I just ordered dinner at this location, and when I got my meal home they had left out the fries and instead of a five piece chicken strip, they gave me a three piece. I was charged full amount for the mistaken order. Always check your bag(s) before driving away. I'm very disappointed and won't be back.

An employee knowingly gave me a $10.00 bill that was torn in half completly missing its other half and I did not notice until the next day when empting out my purse and the money was still folded with the receipt. I will not return but only to notify the franchise owner of what happened and to corporate headquarters.

i always stop at burgerking almost daily,however when stopping at this store on 3/9/13 the service was not only slow,[waited 15 min] but employees acted like they couldnt care less, the place wasnt busy, and the cashier had to count change 3 times, strange since the register tells what the change is. several people who came in after myself was served first and my order was nothing speacial. once i recieved the food,being in a hurry for work after waiting so long, i checked to make sure the order had been right, 2 normal whoppers,fish-once i arrived at work layed out the food, they had given me someones special order,no pickles,mayo,or onions. i will continue to go to bk but il make sure to not return to this one, and make sure my friends and co-workers wont either.

Door was Locked at 9:00 p.m inside store close at 11:00 light skin manger was on that shift not to friendly to me my husband and 3 kids no good services

I went to BK yesterday the food was fast good and hot, the service was good will return.

My wife loves the wopper jrhe one.,but her experience with them today was so bad she will never eat at the tomball location again until something is done about the management there. She ordered a whopper jr. and got a cold burger with a piece of meat barely larger than a silver dollar on a full size bun not to mention that whoever waited on her kept calling her momma. Tomball burger king again,I dont think so!!!

I've shopped here alot, yes alot of my money has came here over others, and it is at least a 20. bill everytime, but I noticed how I have been going elsehere lately, just at the sloppyness, the burgrs looked as if they have been slapped together, the milkshakes, not stirred prpperly, a chocolate with swirls of vanilla, and tasting like pure choc. syrup, just a number of things, afraid to drive all the way home that something 's wrong and i'd have to drive back, and I would, I hate having to check my bag before leaving,

but- BK, WHAT HAPPENED TO HAVE IT YOUR WAY, I know i repeat myself , so things should be right, no one seems to be smiling, are they unhappy with their job or the manager. I try to be polite and patient caus everyone is fighting a hard battle, but they should be happy where they are . don't worry but be happy, anyway this isn't the only food service that slacking, but there are a couple places that still has their fizz on them to please. we pay good money, so iy should be our way or cut it down half price. have a nice day, God Bless you

Arrived at 11:47pm. Sat at drive-through menu for five minutes with no help. Drove to window. Sat for three or four more minutes with no help, after being seen by employee AND MANAGER. Finally an employee came and said "We closed a few minutes ago." I looked at my clock and watch, both said 11:55, five minutes before closing time. So I drove up the road to Wendy's. The double cheeseburger there was much better than Burger King's, the service was excellent, and they close an hour later. Correction: and hour AND FIFTEEN MINUTES later. That BK manager is a jerk.

Horrible they had this mean old lady there and she was just out of control she was pointing her finger as if no one matter but her some people just shouldn't be in charge the crew seem so afraid.

The last 3 times I've been here my food was old and stale. Then tonight they gave me watered down tea and stale food again.

Stopped by for a cheeseburger and small fry. According to the menu board it should have been about $2.59, but was told the cost was $3.51. When I asked for the manager, she told me that they did not have to honor the price on the menu board because they are not corporate anymore.

The absolute worst service in town. Always understaffed, and usually a person standing at the counter talking to a friend. These people have no sense of customer service. As a person that has spent many years in the service industry I can tell you that I would fire them all or close the store. Ownership either doesn't care or has no clue. Either way, it is shameful the way this facility is run. I would be embarrassed to call this place mine if I owned it.

I go to burger king in Hartwell,quiet often,there is a man who works there is so nice to the customers.He is from elberton but i dont know his name.If you looking for good friendly service go there.

I ate there on February 7 for lunch. My food was very tasty and fresh, and the staff there was so friendly and kitchen people were having lots of fun. A great amosphere for for lunchtime!

On 2/7/13 i went to Burger King to purchase dinner for my family and the cashier wasn't able to service us. Manager Masud stepped in and did an awesome job to keep a bright smile on my son's face. Thank you Manager Masud for going way beyond your duties as manager to help with our transaction. I wish that Burger King would find more people like Masud to keep the customer coming and happy. Terrible service and terrible food. I used to eat here very often until one I day I saw some employees drop food on the floor. Picked it up and then the manager said to use it! She plays her part excellent too, handing the bag off with a smile. When I got my food I asked for a receipt which wasn't in the bag. My order was wrong and I ended up having to hassle her to get my money back because "I don't got no receipt" when she hadn't given me one in the first place. I know it's fast food but for crying out loud I'm 23 work on a line at a 4 star restaurant and I at least take pride in my work and I started out working dish! The people are a joke here. If you value your body don't eat at this place.

Seriously this place is a dump run by hood gangsters who might shoot you. They will say "the receipt machine isn't working" and cook your food and pocket the cash. It's ghetto, slow, very poorly managed, and just horrible.

your kids happy meal box was full of mold, it was nasty and not acceptable, and the manger could ONLY say they got those boxes from a different store. so you mean to tell me that your employees dont even look into these boxes before they place food in them?

The gm of the store was very quick to make things right for our family when our order was made wrong. Very nice gentlemen and very professional. Im glad there are kind people in this world. He made a lasting impression on our family and we will return back for dinner again. Thank u keep up the great work!!!

As the poster befor me said everything I have gone to this location i have literally timed it each time and i was at an average of 17 minutes. Each time i have gone they have asked me to look at the menu until they come back. NO place i have ever gone to ever does this. One time with one car in front of me and the other with 2. Believe it or not the time with one car in front of me 14 minutes had passed so I pulled around this person and left. Upon turning onto Broad I looked back and the car was still at the window. This place is God awful and too will never see my business again

My husband went for breakfast today. He spent almost $12.00 and had gotten some food for a friend. He didn't get half of his food and the half he did get was either wrong or burnt. Not very happy with service he got.

1/11/13: This a.m. I first encountered this store's 30-40% price increase in at least certain breakfast sandwiches. No more of this for me personally, no more bags of sandwiches for staff meetings, no more business of any kind. Totally ridiculous!!

Prices are higher than a regular Burger King.. (not posted) They "Charge You 50 cents for a Refill" Complaining will do you no good as Manager didn't care that I didn't want a full refill just a little since my cup was full of ice. Won't be back!!!

Elkhorn BK had TERRIBLE customer service from the so called manager. They messed up our order and treated us very poorly! We called when we got home to tell them we didn't get what we ordered "once again" and the way they talked to us was very unprofessional. I then drove back to elkhorn to show them their mistake and the "manager" was using vulger language and terribly rude. I work in customer service and would NEVER dream of treating a customer this way. Very unhappy with my BK expierence today. I will be picking another BK to go to even if its a farther drive.

I ordered a meal and they got the sandwich wrong and the Fries where cold! Than the drink had way to much ice and I ordered little ice! I even had to wait for the order taker to come to the window to take my money! Than person giving me my stuff forgot to give me my drink so I had to ask again for it! I normally don't eat BK, Now I remember why!

I went through thte drive through the other day and a girl named Ashley was the sweetest, most kind person i have ever had wait on me at a fast food place. She was so polite and really knew how to make us laugh. Its people like you Ashley that makes a big difference to people. You sure know how to make someone smile. Keep up the goodwork. Long wait for the drive thru and they have screwed up my order every time I have been to this location I will never give BK my business ever again.

This is by far the best Burger King in the world the people there are so friendly and they always treat you with the kindness you deserve

I went to the drive-through at about 7:00pm tonight and ordered a Whopper Jr., value fries and a chocolate shake. I saw the picture shows whipped cream on top and I had to ask to have it added. The burger was dry and cold, the fries cold too. I thought your claim is that you make the food fresh. Not true, the burger must have been made long before I ever drove up! I intend on chalking Burger King off of my list of fast food restaurants. The food quality is very poor.

This Burger King is the worst in Miami. The drive thru is a disaster, there's always something that they don't have. You have to wait a lot to get your food, doesn't matter if its a cheese burger. Always missing something in your order, is incredible how bad this place is. I leave at only 1 block from this place and I preferred to drive a little more. Never again!!

This is the worst service and unsanitary Burger King I've ever seen!! How disgusting is it that you pay for your order at the back window and they hand you your change and straws wrapped in the napkins you are supposed to use to wipe your mouth?! This has to be some kind of health code violation, I mean seriously, how dirty is that money that you just wrapped up in my napkins!

This was the best fast food servicei ever had ordered a whopper in a meal small size ans my whopper was not sloppy was warm cooked Fully and the crew members looked like they were having fun probably why the food was soooo great the fries had just the right am mount of salt the they gave me cookies for having to wait but in the end I was very satisfied and big thanks to the.very nice person on drive through she was the manager maria and they kept letting me know how long I had on food I loved it so much that I would drive all the way from Boise just to eat at.your Burger king workers didn't seem like robots felt like a real life experiance verrrrrrry satisfied :)

On Sunday morning, November 25, 2012, I went to this Stefko Blvd. Burger King for an egg and cheese muffin. They had no mechanism on the computer to put that in. So much for "my way". It had to be entered as a sausage, cheese and egg muffin. "No meat". Apparently either the computer, or those in the back did not understand "my way". I got a sausage and cheese muffin. Not a big deal. Just another trip to the counter. But what happened next disgusted me. I went up to the counter to address the incorrect item and the woman behind the counter yelled back to the kitchen, and from three feet away ... tossed both (there were two of us) sandwiches in the trash can right in front of me. A waste. I know. I just think it might have been protocol if the sandwiches were returned to the back and "disposed" of there. A better bit of PR, no? I think the place is handled by a bunch of armatures and, of course, the computer!

I am done eating at this place 11-10-12. Went threw drive threw to spend my hard earned money on cold hockey puck burgers with cold hard fries. Looked like they scooped it off the floor into a bag. This location is horrible at 8pm dinner time this is what u dont want to eat-

Luckily, I lifted the top off of my original chicken sandwich to see if they had added cheese...had not...only to see a large dark brown chunk of slimy rotten lettuce staring at me from the center of the chicken patty! My husband and I nearly died and tossed all of our food including the drinks and will never go back! Whoever made my sandwich KNEW they had done this because both sides of this chunk looked the same amount of brown on both sides.

I was on my way to Des Moines, so was just passing through the Ankeny Burger King real quick, and wow! Talking about Quick! I am very impressed and satisfied with the service I recieved last night! I saw nothing but Smiles, Hot food, and great service! Keep up the smiles Burger King!

Worst place to.get food period they take waaaaaaayyyyy to long and then.they give you either cold or.the wrong food and when I went in to tell them to exchange it food hot and the right food the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to me as if it was my fault this isnt the.first time its happened on multiple occasions also I thought.it was funny.right after I good HOT! And the right food and was leaving another customer was exchanging his food also like I.said this is a reoccuring problem and I.will never go.there again especially after I was treated as if it was my fault manager was sooooo RUDE!! It's 145pm the line is long they only have one person making burgers and they r very very slow they asked someone to stay and now she's taking orders with a face and not wanting to be here need more people here service is very poor even on slow days
