Went to Bealls in Rockwall, Tx on June 13,2014 to buy an outfit. Dead and dying roaches were all over the floor. It was so gross. I turned around and left.. They shouldn't have even opened the store that day.
This may be a smaller store compared to others, but the customer service is tops! The ladies I have dealt with are very helpful and courteous. And I love the sales too!
I have been to this store 3x in the past 2 wks. Customer service is not good at all! Went in told lady i needed to exchange a pair of shoes, she refunded them, when i stated i didn't want refunded she very ugly stated she heard refund not exchange and made no attempt to apologize. Turned out didn't have the right size i needed anyway. 5 days later i return thinking surely the right size will be there now. When i ask a lady in the shoe dept for the size, b4 i can i ask rudely says no they don't have it. What is out is all they have. I ask when they will have it in she says, we have it but its not out of the crate but we do keep it in stock. It has NOT been on the shelves for 2 wks that i kno of....very rude customer service and no apologies attempted when talking with customers
The staff are always helpful the store is clean and well organized. They have the cutest clothes and shoes as well as jewelry and purses!!!
Love the merchandise and the quality is great. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
