Several hours after returning the car I rented I realized I had left my jacket in the trunk. When I called Avis to inquire about my jacket a guy named Frank took my call. He asked me for a series of things I didn't have. Such as the rental agreement number, the confirmation number, etc. at that point he could have said we can't help you without these items. Instead he meticulously walked me through a series of questions that enabled him to locate the vehicle I rented and to find out my jacket was safe. His courteous assistance has made me decide to use avis again. What Frank did was better than a TV ad . C.Blanchard San Francisco.
owner change the price in the matter of 12 hours.the day b4 she said she would only charge me for 3 days if I picked up the car just before closing.then proceeded to tell me that her co worker gave me that price.she then stated that her quote was wrong. Bad for business! Go to Hertz they are much more professional and their prices are better.
In short they have the lowest tax rate in Illinois and great hours of operation ... Combined with awesome customer service. I would highly recommend anyone looking to rent a car to try them in Oak brook.
