excellent manager team, several amazing workers... and for a branch surviving without franchise support,, they are doing really well. just wish policy changes would stop so customers can have a reliable store and that the franchise got their drama under control.. Happy 7-11 day!

The owner was flirting with all the young girls, made the customers uncomfortable. He clearly treated his employees unprofessionally. not clean and service terrible.
If you want a cup of regular coffee in the morning do not go to this 7-11 all way have empty pots of reg. always have full pots of other crap coffee, you would think if you are all way selling all of the reg. coffee and none of the other you would make more of the regular coffee, I have been in here four morning in a row with same results have found some where else to go, they are a waste of time.
This is my regular haunt. I'm here every morning n every night on my way home. The Hammel family are such a nice bunch of people. Jonny, Amanda, n Christie always make me smile. The staff is really great too. Hats off!

I am a paying customer at this 711 and I grab 10 or less straws so the haggly lady at the counter interrogates me asking me why i grabbed so many straws,I have a two yr old who while im driving likes to take the straws out of her cup so I grab a few extra in case she does this so the lady says to me WELL DONT TAKE SO MANY Im sure you dont need all those....Lets just say I was appalled !!! WOW thatll be the last time I come in there ...

I charged $13.00 on my credit card and now see a pending transaction hold for $100.00! If I had known that, I would not have charged my gas at 7-Eleven. No notice was posted on gas pumps or in store. I had to go into the store since receipt didn't print on gas pump.
I went to the 7-11 today on south halsted and ordered 3 mini Boston creme pie doughnuts and now I'm woozy my stomach hurts.
on 5-31-2013 i walked in to make food purchases and noticed that half gallon of mil was two for $4.00, I asked the clerk how much was just one gallon? he replied..oh I dont know dont ask me!!! look at the price on the actual product...i replied on the product it is stated to ask the clerk for individual prices..he ignored me point blank..he never talked, greeted me nor he ended the transaction in a friendly manner
Yesterday I filled gas at this service station for a total of $45.01 and today it is showing up on my credit account for $150.00. What the heck is this all about???

The area around the gas pumps at 7535 Crab Thicket Rd. Gloucester, Va. 23061 are extremely dirty. The manager takes an I don't care attitude. Something needs to be done about this condition.

Hi, I just want to say this is a very nice 711. If you live in the area of Pomona, you will find this is the best store for quick stops! They keep the store really clean, and everytime I shop there I get friendly greetings and smiles! There are 2 more stores close by, but I will always go to this one!!! Thank goodness for pretty much the only store in downtown Worcester MA that's always open! They actually have a decent variety of fresh fruit, grinders, pasta and salads! Even at 3am! Also some of the best pizza I've ever tasted! I never expected it! The staff is very friendly, polite and they remember you! You walk in and they already know what your usual things are and have them ready at the counter before you even get there! Need to find something? They are never to busy to help! Even when there's 40 people in the store at lunch... I highly recommend it! Especially if your in a rush and need to catch the bus!

I used to come to this particular seven eleven for almost 10 years already, everything went fine until they started hiring this new lazy people. I used to come in at around 4am to buy my coffee almost every day. I stopped because this employees just never have coffee made I have no time to wait for them to brew some fresh coffee for me, and when they do have coffee its got to be freezing cold. I stopped this morning hoping that they will have some fresh coffee and walked away with no coffee again. This people are always sitting down doing nothing. It's VERY disappointing to go to a seven eleven to get a coffee and leave with empty hands especially in the early mornings. Talked to the store manager but seemed to be that he didn't care a bit.
I walked into the store and there was a lady looked like a boss yelling at a young man. It seem that this young man was trying to leave. This lady was very rude to me also.

I had a bad service today that's why I'm complaining. I spent 3 years in Canada no one told me that I need to have an English ID. I used to use a French ID.. This store suits my needs For the most part. Can never find a working phone number for them which is irritating since I have to limp my disabled self there not knowing if it'll have been for nothing.

I walked in to use the restroom in there was feces all over the restroom I came out and told some lady named Andreashe said oh I'll have somebody take care of it ,with this rude manner. I walked around the store and nobody cleaned it up it must had been 15 min or so till somebody finally cleaned it. Terrible service these people have. Over all if it wasn't for its convenient location I probably would had never stopped.

i used the atm at this 711 and i was charged a fee. i am a member of mcu and was informed that all 711 use the coop network atm and there would be no fee
Owners split the drink holders in half and are thus useless..How many pennies are they saving?

I've been going to this store for years and the customer service is great! I love the employees because they are so friendly, which is pretty rare for 7-Eleven's. I usually feel so rushed and disrespected, but this store has been providing me with such great experiences. It's also one of the cleanest stores I've seen. Definitely would recommend it!

What's going on here. I know it's a new place but dang. I stopped there Monday on the way to work and gas pumps were down. This morning I stop again at 4:30 for coffee and 3 employees are there talking about motorcycles and there is no coffee made. They said they would brew a pot. If I had time to wait on them to brew it, I would of done that at home.
Every single time I went to this store 1 of those employees charge me extra that's means they stilling me so I don't recomend this store to any buddy..

The service is nice but they never have any food. Especially wings! I and other people in the neighborhood have gone in on several occasions only to be told they only have one order of wings to purchase or today for example the entire day they didn't have any chicken wings. There are a lot of kids around here and wings are one of our favorite easy foods to eat! They just opened you would think they would be a little more prepared. If the don't get it together they will not last around here!

I had a uncomfortable customer service experience at that store. An employee said no refund because I left his store, when I liked to refund a mechandise. I came back to the store for refund in 2 minutes and he said that is seven eleven policy.

I have called them. Just to save some gas and my time , to see if they have and sells the butane gas for the lighters. One of the guy said hold on, and other guy gets on the phone and asked what u need? And repeated same thing hold on. And hangs up the phone....
I love this 7-eleven they have the best craft beer selection. Every time I go to that store they always have something new. If you cant choose they have a make you own 6-pack section. AWESOME!
The employees that work the second and third shifts are rude and unprofessional I've been discriminated on because of the clothes I was wearing multiple times by one of the employees I'm not sure of his name but I'm going to find out and write another complaint. There all very unprofessional and should not be working there giving such poor customer service.
i am a grade 12 student and i am done with the workers thinking i steal and the disrespect i get and i do understand people do steal but i am done for example i wanted to get chewing toobacco thonder i am 18 i asked too see if they have my brand and she said so not nice thing worth not repeading and i do understand people have bad days but this has been going for years and contact me thx
I thought that with the new administration we will keep the same quality of the business relations, but to my surprise every time I visit this store the new clerk seems pretty angry and mean to the point that I do not want to come back. I am keeping my fingers cross that this changes and that we (customers) can continue enjoying the good customer service we are used to.
I got a pretty sour experience a few weeks back at a different location but at this 7-eleven it was completely different and the staff is awesome!!
