I visited your store in Durant, OK yesterday and found several items that I wanted to purchase. Used my Cato Card and was astounded at the incompetency of the store clerk. First she tells me she will have to call for verification of my card (I gave her my cell phone number but she didn't bother telling me they wanted my home number, which I do not have anymore). Then she needed my ID. Then she had to see it again, then AGAIN. I finally told her I would use another card (she was still on the phone line), I swipe my credit card and she asks me if the card is my husband's!! because the name is different than on my ID (NOT). I show her my ID AGAIN, then she tells me I will have to swipe my card again. I walked out without buying anything.
