Amazing how a company would subject their customer to outlandish wait times to speak to someone on the phone! Despite my horrible experience having to wait...and this is the absolute truth...25 minutes per customer service rep and I eventually went through 4, I did have the pleasure of working with Latanaya who made it all worth while. Apparently, I was finally transferred to Latanaya and categorized as a "warm transfer" which meant that she would hang on theline with me as she contacted the store I originally made my purchase and the delivery company. I don't even want to get into the details with my delivery issue, but that I somehow made it through and it was because of the professionalism and attentiveness of Latanaya! She was extremely courteous, professional and seemed really eager to help me which she did. Thanks Latanaya! IKEA is very fortunate to have you!
