I finally broke down and rented movies from redbox instead of the local store, worst experience ever! A week after returning the movies(on time) redbox charged my account again saying that the movies were not returned! I called the customer service line, they apologized and said they can not refund my money they took but would be willing to give me promo codes to get free movie rentals! Seriously....you really think I'm going to put my debit card back into your machine?!! You definately lost a customer ....and one with a mouth piece so everyone will know about my experience!
