I am the leader of a drycleaner in the Ohio area. Our customer had her comforter drycleaned, but unfortuanately it did not withstand the recommended care label cleaning process. The friendly staff at Anthropologie was able to pinpoint my customer's order using minimal information and was able to help tremendously in helping me replace the item for her. They made it easy and were VERY polite. I was not rushed off the phone, and even though I feel like this situation is a unique one that doesn't occur everyday, it was handled with confidence and professionalism. They even gave me a direct phone number so I could pass it along to my customer so she could speak to the same member of customer service that had helped me so much. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!
