No Service = Worst Service
You can call what they construe to be "customer service", but you never get any. Instead, you are put on hold for 30 minutes or more. They just leave you hanging ... a recorded voice comes back at you every couple of minutes saying "please hold for a consultant". There is no indication of where you might be in the que or an anticipated wait time. Time is important and costly to me ... I m out of time for Anthropologie!!!
