I love Anthro's clothes and shop there frequently. I've always been pleased with their in-store help. Recently I purchased boots from online and they were stolen from my front door. In trying to resolve this issue via phone, I was rudely spoken to by 3 different representatives. The first 2 were clueless and of no help whatsoever. One representative even accused me of claiming the package was stolen for my own profit. Anthro refused to refund my purchase despite the fact I am a loyal customer and have spent hundreds on their merchandise over the years. The only other time I had to deal with a stolen package issue was with Zappos and they were so incredibly accommodating. I'm still in shock at how poorly Anthro's customer service treated me. I eventually filed an official police report and disputed the charges with my credit company. Never again Anthro. You just lost a great customer.
