Tried to return merchantise at store. (norwood store) this morning. Went to desk where there is a sign(returns) waited at least 10 min, with a young grandchild .There were two girls working at the checkout, which was to the left of me.neither ever looked my way. I waited until the girl nearest to me wasn't busy and asked her to help me.I was than told I needed to go to the back of the line , as I had already waited 10 min. I told the girls I would never enter this store again and left. I was really angry....terrible service
