All of our 5 appliances were purchased at Sears. I had service call for washer defect waited 14 days for tech to arrive! She was great did terrific job sold us washer cleaner and 2 filters for frig.Due to cost of filter I drove to parts dept 1 hour away computer down turned away from store. I have made6 calls to have tech come to pick up extra filter to no avail. Future sears sales?
