I have tried beyond count of calls and Barnes & Noble Visits to Orange Cal. negotiate the fact I ordered a book from their distributers TWICE, since November 7th. and never received same or could go on line to figure out a refund of this. A book purchased incidentaly almost one month ago by paying for this in cash and have been given the run-around by the store representives every since as to its certainly was never mailed to my address!
