I've been a customer for years like many. I am shocked by the service I received from location on Easton ave, Bethlehem pa. Jessica the manager was so insulting when I had a question, about an additional charge on a topping , I read to hear my coupon which had up to 3 toppings for free ,, she advised me cheese is extra which is fine but her way of addressing my question was a terrible experience and when asking for a supervisor she said she was supervisor so I asked for manager then she changed and said she was manager? With all the years I been a customer I would never expect such terrible services, but my family loves the pizza so I still ordered , hopefully my kids will change their taste.
