About 3 weeks ago, I ordered 2 pizzas online. The confirmation said they would be ready for pick up in 15-25 minutes. When my husband arrived, 20 minutes later, he was told our order would be another 15-20 minutes, because a large online order had come in AFTER our order. My husband told them he didn't think that was very fair, but that he would be back. When he returned, another 20 minutes later, he was told that our order had been canceled! I sent an email to customer service, on the website. I have heard absolutely nothing back from anyone! Since Papa Johns apparently doesn't care about my business, they will no longer be getting it. Dominos is better anyway, and has always given great service!
