My daughter works for a location in Tennessee. The supervisor scheduling is ridiculous! She scheduled her to work til closing, then come back in at 5 am. Are you people crazy?! She drives 45 minutes to work, they have others closer in proximity, but schedule her to work with less than 4 hours sleep between shifts?! Obviously concern for the safety of the workers is not a priority. The location of this store is Oak Ridge, TN. The manager suggested she take a nap in the parking lot in her car before driving home. Sure, that sounds safe! I can't believe this is the kind of business you run and I will be sure to pass this along.
