I have just left the Food Lion store in Rural Hall, NC. After paying for my groceries, I asked the young lady if she was going to help me put them in my cart, as all my bags were still in the bagging area. She infromed me" She is not supposed to help me" In my opinion, that is very bad customer service. I have shopped at Food Lion for many years and was very disappointed with this treatment. As much as I dread going to Wal-Mart, their prices are cheaper, and they treat me like a valued customer....Wake up Food Lion, or all your stores will be closing!!!!
