I shop frequently at the local Famil Dollar at Grant and Dodge in Tucson. I went in and bought two bottles of orange juice as I noticed in the flier that it was on sale. When I got home I realized that I had been charged full price of $3.45 each instead of the 2 for $5 in the ad. I returned today and they refused to credit me as they said I had not presented the flier at the time of sale. I had the flier in my hand and even had a conversation with the clerk about the good price. they said I had not "presented the ad at the time of sale". Poor customer service. I have spent a lot of money at that store and now I will go to the Dollar Store 1 block away so Family dollar have lost a good customer. The male manager who is usually there has always been very helpful but he was not there today.
